    The crowd was already there, that's how the fire started the day before. They were told to move the perimeter twice but did not. It was a wonderful opportunity for .... well, this. Nothing happened more than normal clearing of a safe corridor for a sitting US President. It happens all the time when they travel by car Why, the local government even cleared a path for George Floyd when he went to his final stop.
    One small photo op for a President, one giant propaganda story for the people's protest movement.
