    If Pelosi has the goods on Trump why not start the impeachment process? Democrats lose big time if Trump wins a second term. the economy and the border issues which are as serious as Trump has claimed are in his favor. Democrats look out of touch and there is a very serious conflict going on between the far left and established Democrats. Pelosi is talking prison to try and get Democrats to stop focusing on impeachment and talk about the issue people really want to hear.

    Well, on that we can agree that seems to be her plan.... see if she can stem the tide....

    I predict it will be harder with every Judiciary and Intelligence hearing on the report...

    I think having John Dean be a "witness" on day 1 is pretty smart, myself... Nobody can say he has a dog in this fight...

    You can tell they are dialed in in the investigation by the increasingly frantic LW behavior.

    I would go more with expert witness on OOJ from a White House counsel seat.... Can't think you'd find a better expert than that??

    Remember, he's not testifying to his actions (obviously)... just putting what he's read in the Mueller report in context and comparison to what he and Nixon did all those many years ago.

    Should be a fascinating afternoon... I'm DYING to see what the Republicans are going to do with their time.... Whatever it is, it will have no connection to anything in the Mueller report itself... Remember, if the facts and law are not on your side, pound the table!!!

    Why is Dean's opinion any more valuable than anyone else's? He's been cozying up to the Swamp for decades, maybe for penance.

    If only Mueller weren't so cowardly to testify before Congress, that would be interesting. He'd probably end up pleading the 5th.

    I would ask him quedtions that I would ask Mueller, or Cohen, or anyone else directly involved. Short questions.

    Let him sit there and say "I don't know" for five minutes.

    Not to the point it changed anything, if one compared what the Russians put into swaying the election and compare that to what the candidates spent trying to get elected, what the Russians spent was the equivalent of trying to change the course of a tsunami, by urinating at it.
