Does anybody feel that's it's wrong that the federal government excluded congress and select other groups from the vaccine mandates or testing weekly?
We must remember that we are simply the sheep and those in Washington are our elites. They are there to run our lives, to control our everyday living. We can’t do that for ourselves so they make legislation to tell us what we can or can’t do. We are lucky that we have them to tell us what to do, or then what not to do.
It would be impressive of you if you bothered to research why instead of just jumping on it thinking you have another opportunity to slam Biden. If you researched the reason why, you would be as surprised as I was.
Isn’t congress exempt from legislative branch EO’s due to the separation of powers outlined in the US constitution?
There was no authority for the president to mandate anything for the legislative branch. You may not think he had the authority to do what he did, but there is no doubt he lacks the authority to mandate anything of the legislative branch.
I know the answer and you don't. It's not my job to educate trumpers. If you want to know the truth you can find out for yourself. Google is your friend.
Pretty much but this is my biggest problem. He didnt follow proper chain of command. He signed an eo when he should have ran this through congress. This shouldnt be his power to authorize upon anyone in my opinion.
He can direct OSHA to implement the policy. He just can’t force Congress to abide by it. I do agree Congress needs to do its job but that isn’t going to happen any time soon unfortunately
I support any human and/or organization of humans doing whatever they can to resist coersive vaccination. It isn't wrong for congress to protect their right to choose a medical procedure. It is wrong for them not to step up and try to protect the same for the rest of us. Any of them not protesting our coersion to the fullest extent of their ability should be viewed as frauds and voted out.
