And according to the eye test + deductive reasoning and the cop admitting he didn't know who's the shooter: They combine to reveal that the suspect who did not run, should have been shot too ---if the cop reeeeeally felt a lethal-threat arose and, I repeat, and he had no clue who the shooter was.

Not backpedalling about anything, the court got it wrong with OJ, right with this officer. OJ's was a domestic murder committed by a jealous ex, this was a brave police officer risking his life to apprehend 2 criminals who had just committed attempted murder and forced him into a life and death split second decision. No, not at all. In the case of OJ, those two were murdered, that there is no doubt, they just found OJ innocent of that murder. In the other case, we know who killed the perp, it just had to be determined if it was murder or justifiable homicide. Finding him innocent of murder means it was justified. There was no way to call the killings in the OJ case justified.

If you resist and get shot that is your fault, innocent or guilty of any previous offense. If you resist and get hurt that's your fault.
