I haven't trusted the VA since I found about "The Tuskegee Experiment" which went on until 1972. I was discharged in 1968 so the crap the VA was involved with was going on during my term of service. The VA actually treated me well and even foot the bill for my post-Vietnam surgery ... but I'm white.
