    This happened a week ago.

    This story has been out there for awhile.

    Cops Murder and Rape (with impunity) all the time.

    An everyday occurrence on most police forces.

    Whether or not these Murderous Trigger-Happy Hotheads will be brought to justice is anybody's guess.

    In over 99% of these Cop Committed Murders (Rapes, Etc.), the Cop skates off scot-free.

    There is no way he saw a threat from that distance with the kid running away. And how out of shape was he? He was out of breath after 100 feet.

    The police are sworn to protect the public. Someone running away after committing a crime is a danger to the public.

    The lesson here: Don't run from cops.

    Sounds like they might have been caught dropping evidence. The owner of the truck said that he had two airsoft guns in the truck and both were still in the truck when he came out immediately after the shooting. Since then he was handcuffed, placed in a squad car, then his truck was impounded and he hasn't gotten it back yet. They also searched his house.

    Police photographed an airsoft gun next to the kid and said he had it with him.

    This cop may have violated dept policy. I'm not trying to pay arm chair quarterback here, but. I don't see how this kid was a danger to the officer or the public at large if he was running like that.

    The Kid wasn't a danger.

    The Cops killed him in cold blood.

    Now the Cops are (most likely) going to cry to the DA (to crawl out from a Murder Rap).

    No one should ever be shot for breaking into a vehicle unless they are an immediate and obvious threat. (not that I really care about the victim).

    That is an insensitive and gauche comment. Property seems more sacred to you than human life, imo.

    A scenario: You lost your keys and are trying to get into your car. A cop shoots you dead before can speak. Happy ending?
