Under what sick system does this monster get acquitted for executing someone like this?

I'm not surprised that this happened in Maricopa County, the old haunts of corrupt Sheriff Joe Arpaio.

 

Cop lovers will exonerate thug cops of murder even if the thug cops kill the cop lovers' own mothers.

 

I saw this earlier. The guy was crawling toward then reached back towards his waist.

Looked like a good shoot to me and the video proves it.

With all the criminal violence in this country if you're going to play with guns you had damn well better be able to follow instructions. Initially this could have been another mass shooting.

Don't make any difference if you are white or black, you got to listen and obey.

I'm usually pro cop but this one I can't even defend. The guy was pretty much sh!tting himself. There was no reason to shoot him.

 

It has to be assumed he had a handgun.

 

So he should have waited to see if he pulled a gun?

I would have agreed with you if he shot the first time he put his hands behind his back but the cop gave him a second chance.

 

Yeah - the idiot had TWO rifles in his hotel room as well.

Tragic, but justifiable.

 

White victim.......nobody cares.......there will be no maudlin MSM coverage interviewing the auntie that raised him........no candlelight vigils or marches or riots. No covering up of his extensive criminal record. The National Association for the Advancement of Cracker People will not hold press conferences. Colin Kaepernick will not kneel for him. This is the most egregious cop shooting I have seen.......yet I've never heard about it before today.......why?

Well now.......it was a pellet gun he used to shoot varments in his pest control business. And it was never seen by the cop as it was in the hotel room.....not in the hallway where this occurred. So now we shoot people for having a pellet gun in a hotel room?

It says the man was confronted by six officers at the time. So you're honestly telling me that there were six trained officers there at the time and not one of them could bother to cuff the man while he was on the ground with a rifle pointed at him?

All that was known when police arrived was that someone was pointing a rifle out of a 5th floor window. You have to assume the worst, that this may be a mass shooting, that this is a dangerous rifle, and that other guns and explosives may be involved. It doesn't matter if it was a toy gun that didn't shoot anything.

You know that at least one shot fired at JFK came from a 5th floor window, right?

 

Not that it makes any difference but it was one pellet gun that he was showing to two other guests in his hotel room. Somebody sitting in the hotel hot tub below saw his silhouette in the hotel window and called the cops. The cops showed up and executed an unarmed citizen who was begging for his life while complying with five police officer commands by crawling on the floor toward them........outrageous

I thought that too. Why not cuff them in place when they were on the ground. The only thing I can think of is the fact that the room wasnt cleared yet. If there was someone else in the room, it would have given a third suspect a clear shot into the back of at least 2 officers and no one would have been able to cover them.

 

You didnt watch the video. He was constantly doing the exact opposite of what he was told.

I saw a lot of things the cops did wrong and come up with more every time i think it through. The shoot wasnt of those things.

 

Yep......the other four officers there would have been to busy eating Dunki' Donuts that they couldn't cover their fellow officers while they cuffed a prone, unarmed crying man.....geez
