    Between space dildos and buying Twitter Musk could have made a real difference to the lives of millions. Clean drinking water for everyone on the planet is surely achievable with the billions he's blown on vanity projects.
    Bill Gates has done a lot more good with his billions.

    And it is not just ectopic pregnancies although they are horrifically life threatening. It is “threatened miscarriage” aka partial miscarriage/abortion it is intrauterine death. Some of the legislature coming down the pipeline will see maternal death rate skyrocket
