    Purging is legal.

Purging active, living voters is not legal.

    Your Google broken?

Democrats are at LEAST as criminal in their horrendous voter fraud/disenfranchisement efforts as Republicans.

    To believe otherwise is delusional.

Our entire political system is a complete fraud by design, of course.

Your replies were to #39, you have not provided a competent rebuttal to the premise offered therein, which I will reiterate here, for your convenience

All of your replies thus far are incompetent.

Remember, what you or anyone could do, is not relevant nor does it refute the conclusions arrived at in the studies, including the conclusions
by the several judges mention. Speaking of judges, if your premise was so obvious and correct, you would think a judge would have caught it, but no mention of your premise by any of the judges, or the findings in the studies.

In sum, your rebuttal is really irrelevant to the findings of the studies and the conclusions of the judges, as you are making some unsound assumptions, and just because you think otherwise, doesn't change that fact.

All of the shenanigans committed by Hillary, which was during the PRIMARY, doesn't match, in any way shape or form, in depth, breadth, and in scope, what republicans have done during GENERAL and state elections, as exposed by the following documentary, nor does the one or two districts you might find that are gerrymandered by dems.

You'll find a few items, but nothing compared to republicans on the scale exposed by this documentary

Feel free to offer a sourced counter argument

    A few items? :roflol:

Democrats: Guilty of horrendous voter fraud on a massive scale

But rather than trying to convince me that reality isn't real, feel free to educate yourself via Google's nearly 3 MILLION results on the topic of Democrat voter fraud.

I have no interest in your doing this, however: embrace this reality if/when you're so inclined.

    :)

    Vacuous claim.

    Incompetent rebuttal.

"google results" do not prove anything. I googled my name and it produced 22,000,000 results, and I know I"m not that popular.

Now you are really proving the incompetence of your logic.

    Vacuous response.

    Incompetent rebuttal.

Don't bother arguing with me - you have 3 MILLION opportunities to educate yourself, or scream against reality.

To fail to educate yourself proves the incompetence of your "logic."

Thank you for proving my point.

    You have 2 options:

    1) Choose to educate yourself

    2) Choose to remain in ignorance

    That's it right there.

But whatever you may or may not choose to learn about MASSIVE Democrat voter fraud, it's irrelevant within the context of a massively rigged system in which the People have no power regardless of party affiliation.

Yet you have not proved me wrong.

Your comment "All of your replies thus far are incompetent" in addition to not being true and is strictly your opinion, it also borders on being a personal insult and is against the rules.

One other comment, when you say "all your replies thus far are incompetent". In addition to that being a an opinion rather than truth, it borders on a personal insult which is against your rules.

All it would take are a few dishonest or inattentive poll workers to allow voter fraud using "voters" who should have been removed from the voter rolls.

One of the biggest mistakes is to assume that just because you do not find something, that it does not exist. Sometimes what you do not see is more important than what you do see. Not requiring photo ID and not cleansing the voter rolls invites this kind of voter fraud. It is time to make voter photo ID a requirement plus make sure it does not remove legal voters. Likewise, is time to routinely purge voter rolls so that you don't get into the mode of having to purge massive numbers so that mistakes are nearly inevitable.

Are you saying you have proof of how many illegal aliens have illegally registered to vote? Please share as that is pretty big news. Thanks in advance.

They will decry Trump and claim he cheated to be elected again...they've already started in the NYT with articles about how its going to happen. Honestly, I would laugh my ass off if Trump wins the popular vote this time and see the left lose their minds claiming fraud or interference.

This is what happens when you can't win on merit or message. Republicans are a minority. Most voters are slightly left-leaning centrists, and tactics such as those you describe are keeping many Republicans in office. They're not just shameless about it, they're actually proud of themselves for the clever ways they keep finding to sway elections. There's a word for minority rule: Tyranny.

Georgia is a great example. When your opponent for governor is also the Secretary of State in charge of running elections, that's not a level playing field. Kemp used many of those tactics, but Abrams still came close to beating him. She created her Fair Fight organization to combat those tactics nationwide. If Biden wants to win, he should announce her as his VP sooner rather than later.

Thanks for being a forum user willing to do the homework before posting. That's rare here.

If there were an immediate prospect of financial gain for your run of the mill fraudster, you might have a point, but there isn't, really.

For illegals, there is the prospect of deportation if they put forth a paper trail with their signatures and personal information one is required to provide when registering, and there is no evidence of it, in the studies, to any significant degree. So, for illegals, not seeing a climate of invitation at all.

However, there is a tremendous incentive for republicans, given that the electorate is shrinking the number of older white people who are largest segment of their base, to engage in voter suppression of minorities
We are getting sidetracked here, you want me to 'find you wrong' so I backtracked to find what point it was you want me to disprove,
and I think it was this one, where you wrote ( correct me if I'm wrong )
Off hand, that doesn't appear to be true.

You have to prove yourself right, not I prove you wrong. You make a claim, then the onus is on you to back it up.

But, I will say that, none of the studies I linked to mention that 'identifying voter fraud inherently violates the first amendment' (or, shall i say, a cursory glance at them I didn't find it ).

You'd think something like a first amendment violation, which, on the surface, sounds like something that can't be missed, yet all of them missed it.

Moreover, are constitutional rights afforded illegal aliens? ( I"m just asking, for if they don't, that makes your point moot for illegals).

So, for citizens, either the people who did the studies are incompetent in their efforts, or you are incompetent in your logic.

Why do you suppose I'm inclined to believe the latter? But, I'll give you the benefit of the doubt, so please demonstrate what is the basis for this claim, and what can you provide to back it up?

Why does it have to be immediate gains for a run of the mill fraudster? There is a lot of money at stake in zoning, water rights, building permits. The list goes on. All influenced or controlled by elected officials.

The claim by Trump is that millions of illegals are voting, as if they care about zoning, water rights, etc.

Illegals are not committing voting fraud because it leaves a paper trail, which can lead to deportation, the idea that illegals are voting is absurd.

So, say some builder wants a Republican to win who controls the zoning laws in his district? how is he going to commit fraud to assure his favorite politician is elected?

What is he going to do to accomplish this? Is he going to vote twice, thrice? Ten times?

See, it doesn't make sense, he'd have to vote millions of times to affect the outcome. You are not thinking this through.

Politicians, on the other hand, are not going to commit voter fraud, they are going to suppress the vote to keep Republicans in power.

This is illustrated by the film

Who said anything about illegals voting. We were discussing voter ID and purging the voter rolls. For local elections, you don't needs millions of votes. It could be a half dozen or so in a close election. I described the procedure in posts #43 and #61.

However, when you fraud at the local level, you will nearly automatically commit it on a federal level because you vote for locals and presidents at the same time.

There is no evidence there is sufficient voter fraud to affect the outcome of any national election.

Voter ID disenfranchises hundreds of thousands of voters.

The outcome of Voter ID is far worse than the negligible few incidences of fraud it is designed to prevent.

The way to acommplish a more accurate reflection of the 'will of the electorate' is to not have voter id.

The way to distort the will of the electorate and not have an accurate vote, is to instill voter ID.

We didn't have it for two hundred years, but, now that republicans are having difficulty getting majorities to vote for them, they have to have it.

Here we have republican politicians shamelessly admitting the real reason for Voter ID, not for 'voter integrity' but to 'help republicans' ( because if fewer people vote, they have a better chance at winning ).

As I mentioned before, there is no way to detect it without violating the first amendment. You have to know who voted and how they voted in order to detect it. I don't care how many studies you have, it still comes down to that very basic fact.
