There was not terror network operating in Saddam Husseins Iraq. Period. Under the cunning leadership of GWB, who deliberately installed total anarchy in Iraq... yeah... at that point, when GWB was responsible for the crap that went on in Iraq, he just let ISIS spawn. It's totally his fault, because he's the invading/occupying nation, fully responsible for the safety of the people by absence of an other government.

It is what it is. I didn't make this up. This is international law.

And the war in Al Qaida in Afghanistan lasted like 3 weeks. Kind of it. The US than had a completely pointless war against the Taliban government of Afghanistan,... for the next 10 years. They did not attack the US, champ. And they kicked the US out. They did! The government of Afghanistan who doesn't even control half the country, has talks with the Taliban how they are going to govern the country. The US got nothing to show for a decade of war... besides massacring around civilians, plenty of body bags shipped back, and loads of messed up PTSD drug addicted losers.

But that is based on the assumption the US removed terrorist networks. And I just showed the US lost to 1 terrorist group and created an other. That's a failure. A massive one.

Hence it is a massive failure. You can stop a terrorist by killing it. It doesn't make the ideology go away like that. Because we do not have thought controle. That's why after 10 years of killing people the Taliban still got more than half of Afghanistan. Sure it's oppressive. But it's there because a heck of a lot of people support it, and take up arms to fight for it against the spread of freedom and democracy.

IMHO, if they would have a vote there, they probably vote in some seriously conservative Muslim to rule the lands with the Quran in his hand. I don't support that. But you know,... I don't live there. I don't get why they just can not have what they want, because "we" on the other side of the globe just say so. Just be like China,... they don't give a damn about internal issues in other countries.

And here's the latest on the meeting in Jerusalem between Netanyahu, Bolton and Russia's National Security Advisor Patrushev from a Greek site.

All the participants got along very well and agreed on Israel's security. As Russia''s Defense Minister said, it's important to them since there are 2 million Russians living there.

Israel said that his friendship with Russia has grown stronger over the years and what Israel wants is the creation of a Kurdish state and the withdrawal of Iran and Turkey from Syria. According to Israeli sources what Russia wants is the recognition of Assad's government and the removal of sanctions and in return he will push for the removal of Turkish and Iranian forces from Syria.

Patrushev also emphasized Iran's contribution in helping to rid terrorists from Syria.

Looks like there might be peace in the Middle East. I hope so for Syria's sake - enough is enough.

Iran, Turkey and Azerbajian might be joining the Eurasian Union with Russia, and this might be the carrot Putin is dangling to Turkey and Iran to leave Syria. I'm just guessing here.
