    ... our most "liberal?"

What he accomplished for the nation of Israel at the G-8 in 2011 probably saved the lives of thousands..... if not tens of thousands of Palestinians.... and perhaps hundreds of Israeli soldiers and civilians.

His actions at that time were impressive and emotionally moving to "blue liberals" like myself.

On Israel, Harper stands alone at G8 summit - The Globe and Mail
I have read that former President of the Palestinians Mr. Yassar Arafat stashed away somewhere around a billion dollars........in secret Swiss and offshore bank accounts....... how did he earn this money?

By perpetuating a war between Palestinians and Israelis!

So.... by going against President Obama and the rest of the G-8, P. M. Harper slowed down a process that could well have led to another major intifada!

Mr. Harper was one of our worst prime ministers ever.

He was secretive......... and it annoyed many of us but I am of the opinion that the relationship that Canada has with Israel can boost the entire Canadian economy and even set the stage for saving 143,000 acres of productive farmland along the Bay of Fundy that may well be the most vulnerable to rising ocean levels. He certainly had the right idea about backing up and assisting Israel.

    http://www.bankingsystemsflaws.blogspot.ca

There are three primary threats to the quality of life for all of us who live here. High unemployment will probably force most of our young people to move far away to find jobs. Because of government cut backs St. Mary's Educational Centre may be closed as early as 2011. In the near future record high tides may devastate our roads and homes that are only a few feet above sea level. We are being told that there is little that you and I can do about any of these problems but this is simply not true.

Satellite pictures show rapid melting of Arctic ice but only about ten percent is above water level. Ice occupies more space than liquid water so until now we have experienced rather little ocean level rise. Our situation will be entirely different if and when melting occurs in the massive ice pack on Greenland and Antarctica that sit on land.

I am in agreement with environmentalist and economist Bjorn Lomborg that a carbon shift policy will probably be ineffective over the short term in combating global temperature increases or in preventing a destructive rise in world ocean levels.

Two effective methods to combat global warming and simultaneously fight rising ocean levels have been proposed by New Mexico biologist Carl Cantrell.

The nation of Israel has shared technology with Norway that has already been passed on by them to two Islamic nations.

    http://www.politicalforum.com/opini...saving-new-orleans-florida-rising-oceans.html

The Sahara Forest Project...and saving New Orleans and Florida from rising oceans!

Did you know that there is an Islamic prophecy that the Islamic desert regions would be turned green in the latter days?????

This topic is of special interest to me because I live about a hundred miles from the Bay of Fundy. I live five kms from the ocean on the eastern part of Nova Scotia. In my area the difference between low tide to high tide is about one meter! The land form of the Bay of Fundy has a funnelling effect on tidal waters and so parts of the Fundy have a difference of fifteen to seventeen meters between low to high tide!

The question on my mind would be if ocean levels were to rise about thirty centimeters in my part of Nova Scotia, would they rise by four or five meters along parts of the Fundy????

There are 143,000 acres of farmland taken back from the Fundy by dikes that are probably in the position of the proverbial canary in a coal mine in relation to rising ocean levels!

Every cubic meter of H2O added to the water table of nations in the Middle EAst will NOT be on top of New Orleans, Florida, Holland, Bangladesh or those 143,000 acres along the Fundy!!!!!

I felt a huge sense of relief when I first heard about The Sahara Forest Project!

Not in the mind of many members of the LGBT community!

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stephen_Harper

When you analyze where the bulk of Conservative votes happen to come from....... you begin to realize how astonishingly intelligent this man was to approach subjects the way that he did. I have heard that his average mark all through the University of Calgary was around 94%. Back when I attended St. F. X. for a couple of years..... I was a 70's kind of guy.... with one fifty....... and one thirty in Statistics..... and then I dropped out?!

G-d's Agenda for the Gay Community?!
Assuming the accuracy of the following two paragraphs...… what specifically would G-d/ HaShem/ YHWH/ The G-d of Abraham be planning to do through the Gay Community?

    http://www.near-death.com/andreason.html#a11

    What about sexually diverse people?

Obviously..... one of the things that our Creator wishes to do through the Gay Community..... is to create a whole new world in which there....."would never be one single wisecrack or hurtful remark made ever again"... is expanded and expanded and expanded to all groups and communities on earth?!

    I think?!

Though to judge him fairly, a few decades need to pass, but I would say no. He is far from best PM. He was not even the best Conservative PM. That honour would go to Sir John A. Macdonald built a country from petty, dysfunctional and bankrupt colonies. Harper is not responsible for anything that he will be remembered for. He's also not the worst Conservative PM. Diefenbaker wins that title. Although Harper mismanaged the 2008 recession, it was nothing like the bumbling and indecision during Diefenbaker's mishandling of the 1958 recession. So, I would say Stephen J. Harper, merely sub-par!

Honourable mention, Sir Charles Tupper. He did not sit in Parliament when he became PM and led his party to opposition by getting shellacked by Wilfrid "sunny ways" Laurier.

In the light of some new theories in physics... the time may come when many other's also come to take my theory seriously that he may well have saved thousands, even tens of thousands of lives by his courage at the 2011 G- 8 meetings?

    http://www.politicalforum.com/middl...hen-harper-probably-save-lives-thousands.html

Did P.M. Stephen Harper probably save the lives of thousands?

Is this a fair analysis of how badly things might well have gone were it not for the courage shown by Canada's P. M. Stephen Harper back at the G-8 meetings in 2011?

Mr.Peter MacKay vs ? for National Leader of Conservative Party?

    .........(post #22)....
It is common knowledge that President Yasser Arafat had stashed away nearly a billion dollars by the time of his death.

The top leadership of the P. A. are rumored to have hidden perhaps as much as twenty billion dollars.

Keeping a war going can be a highly profitable business. A powerful case can be presented that one of Arafat's guards was prepared to assassinate him at Oslo if he had signed any sort of reasonable agreement with Israeli officials.

If...… President Obama's naïve 2011 G-8 plans had gone through...… the P. A. would probably have initiated another Intefada?!?!?!

This could have led to a pretty major war in the Middle East but P. M. Stephen Harpers' courage and wisdom prevented this from happening!

But what about his official apology to the First Nations peoples of Canada?

Wasn't that a pretty good first step in a very necessary process..... that of course needs to
be continued and taken much further.

He was a control freak of the first order and damn good at it.

He wasn't even remotely close to being our greatest prime minister, but he also wasn't remotely close to our worst. He was at best average.

He Could Have Been Your Best
had he dissolved the coerced union of provinces, Canada
ala Gorbachev via restoring the rights of Provinces.

So harper would have been great if he had re-written the Canadian constitution? Okay.

Last time I looked the provinces had considerable autonomy. Of course the tensions between provincial/state and federal governments are always "contentious" depending on what side of the fence you are looking at it from. I believe that this is a common political argument in the US as well.

As for my being Canadian, why is my citizenship so important to certain Americans? One regular here consistently claims that foreigners (me specifically) are not entitled to express opinions about US politics in a internet political discussion forum. I suppose such a parochial and arrogant attitude is to be expected from some of the more xenophobic, narrow minded.

I find it odd that they loudly and proudly proclaim America to be the best, strongest, richest nation on earth and yet can't quite grasp that such a global position means that their domestic politics have global repercussions and us forriners might have a stake in your outcomes.

Also, Canadians engaged in infiltrating america as part of our dastardly plot to conquer America with hockey, poutine, entertainers and tim horton's, must attempt to cover up their evil intentions. Hence, I remain in stealth mode.

    Cheers.

In my opinion what P. M. Stephen Harper did at the G-8 meetings in 2011 was so important
that this one act could well be worth more to Canada than a thousand mediocre policy
    initiatives.

My province, Nova Scotia is part of the Atlantic Gateway........ trade from Israel going to
much of the Canadian and American market could transform the economies of both Israel and
Canada as well have major positive spin offs for the nation of Jordan.

Here is my nomination writing for the campaign that I am beginning at this moment.........
Jonsa.... are there more likely to be dozens..... or hundreds..... or thousands of Israeli companies interested
accepting a Liberal Party Volunteerism Hour or Dollar........ or a Conservative Party Volunteerism Hour or Dollar......

if either of those two parties would actually take the political risks necessary to begin something like this?

I think it unlikely that Israel could become a major economic partner with Canada. Currently the total amount of trade is under $2 billion per annum, out of roughly 525 billion in exports and 550 billion in imports in 2014.

I do admit that he has some serious competition for the designation of best Prime Minister.... P. M. Mackenzie King introduced a brilliant central banking policy in 1940.

I do like this article by him though:

The building of a replica of a possible Ezekiel Temple Complex and / or the Jerusalem Third TEmple on the Temple Mount (hopefully near the Gihon Spring as advocated by Mr. Ernest Martin and his mentor archeologist Ben Mazur).......

.... combined with a plan to turn the deserts of Israel, Jordan, Australia, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Tunisia, Morocco, Libya, Algeria, Lebanon, Syria, Iraq, Iran, Afghanistan, Pakistan...... and on and on and on and on.............

...combined with a plan to at least attempt to keep Alberta within Canada.........

it might just inspire us to look at the whole thing rather differently....... There is a catch though..... somebody has to play out the role of the scary guy...... who intimidates........ most Christian leaders of 2019.... Humnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn... I wonder who might be able to do that little thing????????

Personally... I think that he was put into a very difficult situation due to the
results of a decision made back in 1974 by then P. M. Pierre E. Trudeau.

HOW PIERRE TRUDEAU TURNED US INTO DEBT SLAVES

Personally... I think that P. M. Stephen Harper should have came right out and told us what was happening much as Ms. Betty Krawczyk has done...... but .... we will soon know from what President Trump is up against at this time how difficult it really is to take on these group openly.

Neo-Malthusians are indeed an influential group of people in spite of their small numbers.

I've actually used the word "Davidic" to describe P. M. Stephen Harper's behaviour at the 2011 G-8 because President Obama was something of a metaphorical "Goliath" and he also had an armour bearer and four or five brothers assisting him in his plan that would have made the nation of Israel indefensible considering the accuracy of modern missile technology and the speed of modern tanks.

In my opinion..... P. M. Justin Trudeau...... although he does have some good characteristics.... (Prophet Jeremiah Johnson wrote that he has a "Warrior Spirit" and that could well be true )....... but..... . he is not technically "Liberal" by how the word was understood when I was young. He is actually closer to being communist, rather extreme socialist or even creeping fascist........... but he is not actually "liberal."

A "liberal" as the word was understood back in the 1960's or '70's or '80's WOULD NOT obsequiously collaborate with the oppressive Palestinian Authority or the mostly totalitarian and corrupt regimes that surround the nation of Israel and attempt to destroy her as the astonishingly unwise President Obama attempted to do back in 2011.

Thank God that the Creator of the universe / multiverse has raised President Donald J. Trump up to bring down the other metaphorical Goliath of political correctness.
