27,000 documents and 17 recorded witness testimonies. No matter how leftists PRETEND that testimony was not given; it was given.

Why didn't they want to hear Bolton's testimony?

And of course by "was the trial fair", you of course mean "was the trial fair for the prosecution".

That's not what "fair trial" means except in the Leftist Dictionary.

Please explain why the jury in an impeachment should call witnesses that the House refused to call.

And the Senate didn't want to subpoena him. Why? Because Bolton had testimony that the toadies (Republican) in the Senate didn't want to consider.

Yes . . . why didn't the Leftist controlled House subpoena him and demand his testimony during the impeachment farce phase?

It was the Senate's job to have the trial.

    Why didn't they do it?

It was the job of the incompetent prosecutors in the House. When you **** up your case, you get laughed out of court

It took place, with all of the witnesses the House called. Are they all so retarded that they needed Senators to do their job for them?

Except that this is a grotesquely bogus "interpretation" of the process.

Have you ever been in court for any reason? It's obvious to me that you have not. Accordingly, you have no basis for your, uh, "opinion" of how it works.

You seem to know even less about the impeachment process. It's not the House's job to shag down witnesses and documents illegally withheld by a scumbag "presuhdint". When it moves to the Senate for the trial part, they should call witnesses and obtain documentary evidence. You know, because you're a huge expert, that this is what "trials" are composed of. Not so much here, because the majority was not interested in the truth whatsoever.

"Yeah, like the House is supposed to supply the entire record here, and stuff, because, well, things!"

    Err, no.

You keep saying that. And it's woefully inaccurate.

Tell me, sage and learned one--what's the basis for this bullshit claim that you keep making up?

Why? The verdict is the same. Trump is not guilty.
