Which part of the following needs to be EXPLAINED?

Since NEITHER the FACTS nor the LAW support the KILLER cop MURDERING the UNARMED victim it is clear that only one of is pounding the table while screaming and blustering and I KNOW that is NOT me that is doing any of that BECAUSE I have the FACTS and the LAW on MY side.

If you don't answer my 2 explicit questions I will take that as a sign of surrender on your part. So how about it?

You appear to be under some bizarre misapprehension as to HOW a debate forum FUNCTIONS!

I am under ZERO OBLIGATION to respond to your asinine attempts to DEFLECT attention from the FACT that I have already ANSWERED your questions.

That YOU either do not understand my answer or just REFUSE to accept the FACTS that I provided in my answer is NOT my problem.

Declaring a fake "victory" is a sure sign that you CANNOT refute any of the FACTS that I provided in the my ANSWER.

So is using repeated appeals to emotion like you have done with "KILLER COP", etc. in almost all of your posts in this thread. Something I noticed your main opponent is not doing.

And yet you have utterly FAILED to call out the UMPTEEN logical fallacies that have been used to defend the KILLER cop.

    Sad!

By REFUSING to acknowledge my ANSWERS in the posts above it is YOU that is YEILDING because you CANNOT refute them.

I actually agree with you that most likely he was unarmed when shot. I'm not watching it again; it seems like it is harming me mentally when I watch death videos of any kind. So I'm going to assume that he was unarmed. But I DO remember that the time from door opening to shooting was 3-5 seconds. So yes unarmed, but armed just seconds earlier. Your expectations of a human to make perfect decisions in such a stressful situation in so little time are unreasonable. Don't point blank surprise an officer with a weapon!

Police training is supposed to ensure that no police officer is "surprised" by whatever they encounter. They are supposed to MAINTAIN CONTROL of ALL situations using VOICE COMMANDS. Even with firearms the ability to CONTROL a situation is PARAMOUNT.

This video demonstrates an ABJECT FAILURE by the KILLER cop to abide by the TRAINING he was supposed to have received.

There have been way too many instances of INNOCENT victims being needlessly MURDERED because of TRIGGER HAPPY cops who SHOOT FIRST instead of following their TRAINING.

Had the KILLER cop followed his TRAINING protocol no one would be dead in this instance.

I stopped reading after the first sentence. Totally unrealistic fantasy world stuff from someone who has obviously never had to make a life or death decision in seconds.

Your REFUSAL to deal with documented facts is NOT my problem.

As someone who has personally EXPERIENCED police training simulators where the decision to open fire can occur when you FAIL to CONTROL the situation through VOICE COMMANDS means that I actually KNOW what I am talking about.

    Answer my questions;
    1. Did the cover officer genuinely believe he was saving the life of the contact officer?
    2. Were his beliefs reasonable in the circumstances?

I have been in that position and I agree with Derideo_Te. I am not suggesting that it's easy or this particular officer is evil. He made a mistake that cost a man his life.

No. It results from the cops being hired, trained, and paid to prosecute a war on innocent citizens who have the temerity to exercise their right to pursuit of happiness in ways that don't violate anyone's rights, but are disapproved by power-lusting busybodies.

The second cop's gun was having a sexual emergency.
