Don't know anything about that nor do I give a s***. Again, I don't care what a razor company says and don't understand how anyone can. It's as if people look for a reason to be upset and offended.

Exactly. Didn't bother me one bit. Especially given the team is a bunch of college "kids" who probably eat fast food majority of time anyway.

Correcting bad behavior is good behavior.

    Way to go, Gillette.

Complaining about toxic feminism does not relieve the problem of toxic masculinity.

Agreed - toxic femininity is rampant. Should corporations selling to women step up and speak to the manipulation perpetrated (just one of the elements of toxic femininity) by women? Sure. I'd like to see that. But that doesn't negate the positive message about being kind to others and setting a positive example for young boys.

I found the ad incredibly moving as a former victim of bullying.

Video demonstrates a shocking lack of awareness (or most likely a knowing dishonest rationalization) of a 50+ year campaign to devalue, bully, humiliate and shame men, normal good, law-abiding men and boys, using gov-edu-union-contractor-grantee-trial lawyer-MSM Complex fallacies, propaganda and lie narratives towards discriminatory political and other gain for a bought and paid for feminist and other voting blocs. The behaviors in the Gillette video are 1. inaccurate, cliche' stereotypes that we already heard about... 100 times a day for decades. 2. Outlier behavior. Very few men engage in them, and ironically, the few who do aren't going to change due to a razor ad. Telling men not to do these things is the equivalent of an ad telling people not to poison their neighbors' pets or sell drugs... just worse as the ad singles out men as a group based on their "masculinity." This is pure leftist virtue signaling in ever new and more obnoxious ways.

"Now son, when you go out tonight, have fun, but don't rape anybody, even if all the other boys are doing it... don't rape anybody. It's wrong to rape!" F OFF. Once and for all F the F OFF!

Every organ of the Complex has blared out these condemnations and specious attacks for decades, and this guy simply has to know it, yet he rationalizes and dissimulates as if this is some "new frontier" of much needed "moral education" for men... in a television ad from a mega Complex crony corporation that makes more money based on "branding" to the women who control 80-90% of household consumer goods purchases.

News for you, internet homespun leftist, we don't need the many failings of men as a gender pointed out in ever more obnoxious ways, sick of it in fact, and that is not a sign of thin skin but a reaction to moronic levels of repetition and inaccuracy ongoing for FIFTY YEARS. Most of the bad behaviors of men are already criminalized and harshly censured in the community, while the flip side of the coin, bad female behaviors are -glorified-, encouraged as "empowered," rationalized if they are ever even mentioned... all the while the discrimination continues in school pedagogy, admissions and financial aid, competition for jobs, and in our lopsided legal system. People like you perpetuate that discriminatory system. Hope it never affects you or your son. Oh, and "I didn't see any feminism in the ad," what a transparent liar you are, not fooling anyone.

Christina Hoff Sommers book is NINETEEN YEARS OLD now, yet we still hear 100% anti male bashing from Complex MSM, and see the other results throughout society. As has been pointed out, nearly 50% of men are raised in single mother homes and 78% of teachers are female. But sure, it's all about "toxic masculinity" and men's need to change, not any endemic effeminacy in our culture, real social problems, not "mansplaining," that the Complex has purposefully cultivated towards its own growth and enrichment. Pointing that out would be SEXIST!

Let's get even more pointed. If you are fine with MSM condemnations aimed at groups of tens of millions of mostly law-abiding, nice people based on various identity classifications and stereotypical, outlier behaviors, surely you are fine with similar ads telling Jews not to be greedy... conditioned on their "Jewishness," with ads telling women not to sexualize the workplace... based on their "femininity," with ads telling blacks not to shoot each other... based on their "blackness," with telling Muslims not to suicide bomb... based on their religion, with ads telling ANY group of mostly good people not to do things based on their membership in a group. No? Well those are the exact same kind of thing as telling men not to do bad outlier "male" behaviors based on their "maleness."

Hypocrites. For thee, but not for me, the mantra of ALL leftists.

Add one more company to the list of people who will never receive a penny from me. Gillette can now save some money and only sell pink razors...

Both terms of derivatives of junk science neither as I already pointed out are real. There are however toxic people and toxic personalities. whether the holder of such is male or female is irrelevant.

This is why people are so upset.

A political attack ad was created to support one side of an ideological argument.

The, right on queue, Progressives start personally attacking anyone who disagrees with them by calling them names like "coward" and "low sel-esteem" in an attempt to virtue signal you to be quiet. It's a silencing tactcic.

And as you can see above, only the most childish of people think they can actually use it.

The VAST majority of people HATE this commercial, the dislikes were something liek 15 to 1 until YouTube/Gillette started deleting all the replies like crazy.

MY GF is a Progressive and it was a perfect opportunity to show her how corrupt Progressives are. She was shocked that the rumors were true that free speech is being thrown away by children

    And again my point....

You guys don't even have a true definition for what "toxic masculinity" is so you just warp in into anything you don't like about men.

This proves it, "not liking an ad" was never a definition for it, but of course right on queue, now it is.

Men have voted for Progressive/Democrats less and less in each election.

    2008 -- 49% voted Dem

    2012 -- 45% voted Dem

    2016 - 41% voted Dem

Wonder what the male vote will be now with these attacks on men continuing and actually pikcing up steam?

You can preach that all day, and you will always be wrong. There are toxic masculinity and toxic feminism paradigms.

Those who defend them are part of them.

We always terminated such men and women at our work place who could not control their toxicity.

I called BULLIES cowards with low self-esteem. Bullies ARE cowards. I would never personally attack someone who simply disagrees with me.

BTW....the right calling people on the left "snowflakes", "libertards", etc??? Is that being done as a term of endearment???

Does not change the fact that the toxicity is not related to their sex nor does there sex cause it. The bite of the male and female rattlesnake is equally toxic. It has to do with the fact that they are rattlesnakes their sex does not enter into it.

Notice how the dad in the video is telling his two sons not to wrestle, while the Black dad is telling his little daughter "You're strong".
This is all just virtue signaling.

The impotent flaming butthurt on display by reich wing incels over a commercial whose singular message is, 'Don't be a dick!' feeds my soul.

    Keep it up!

The shaming language such as the above ("butthurt?" "incel?" what are you 9?) and virtue signaling has stopped working, now it just POs people, men and women who are sick of the infantile, stereotypical repetition of it for decades.

Sorry to utterly and completely destroy the vapid, layup video you linked btw. How long did it take you to find someone who spoke out in favor of the ad in a sea of rational condemnation? Awww.

So again, when will we be seeing the "Don't be... a greedy Jew, violent black, insane muslim, hysterical woman, drunk Indian (Irish), dumb Polack, mafia Italian, greasy Puerto Rican, lazy Mexican" ads and messaging from the likes of you and yours? Because, as a matter of irrefutable fact and sterling analogy, they are exactly the same thing, and that is exactly what you represent as acceptable when you support it. I guess they would have to start voting against the Complex to rate being grouped and targeted irrationally. As long as they stay on the Plantation they are safe.

"That guy didn't like my N joke? Guess he was a butthurt incel."

Maybe we should come up with an emblem for empty virtue signaling Leftists to wear that they are crusaders in the fight against "toxic masculinity" and all their other hollow talking points and lie narratives aimed at the vilification of tens of millions of "noncompliant" people. I know an Indian religious symbol that hasn't been dredged up in awhile you could use.

Thanks for once again demonstrating, as you and yours so often do here, the fact that the left can't meme.
