A little over 200 years ago we brought that to an end. The English are stuck in the mind set their royals are better than others. That's where your "elite" thinking starts and the need to be bowed or groveled to. We see that in practice in Hollywood FAR to often as the press as now PROVEN seeks to protect the drug dealers the rapists and yes the perverts. We saw it in the case of Baron Trump and as much as a person might hate the President, what father should be expected to sit back and put up with that crap? I don't think there a member on this site who would stand for that in real life. I as MANY others here would love to hear the arguement why you would. Now the bowing thing is really simple folks. It's based on the idea of EQUALITY. Simple concept but much harder to practice and these so called PC police are making it harder daily. Freedom of Speech, where do you find it? NOT in a bar that bans words on a hat. If you walk in somewhere where YOU can be insulted or you can insult THEN you have found freedom of speech. Freedom of speech does NOT mean freedom from insult or challenge. Freedom of speech means you have freedom of thought. Freedom of thought brings inventions like cars and planes and space shuttles. Freedom of thought brings advances in medicine and tech. We used to say "If you can dream it you CAN build it" Post WW2 proves me right. Highway systems, rail system and power grids. And yes we have invented some rather cruel stuff. But ALL of our freedoms and what we have invented come from ONE thing WE DON'T BOW! Honky

Bowing is not a sign of equality. It is a sign of respect. Think of it, if you want, as being similar to a military salute.
rite bowing is only bad when a democrat does it. But when the republican does it we don't really like to talk about it. It's probably fine anyway.
