The significance of this even should not be lost on most people, but to make it abundantly clear. The average global temperature is increasing and the polar regions are experiencing some of the fastest increases.

This record setting event came immediately after the hottest January, worldwide, on record. The year of 2019 was the second hottest year on record, the last five were the five hottest on record, and the last decade was the hottest on record as well.

All of those events took place while the CO2 concentration continues to increase.

Global Warming is very real and humans are the most significant cause.

Interesting that the Highest temp for the region was 67.5 in 1982 just over a hundred miles away or so at Signy Island Research Station.

Now is the time to buy oceanfront property in Antarctica, but up on hill and not at sea level.

I like how a 100 years or so is ever on a planet that is billions of years old.

I try not to worry about things I have no control over.

    China and India don't care.

Looks like leftists are once again confusing weather for climate. Or are you going to warn Barack Obama that his pricey ocean front property is about to go under?

    Sorry I missed it.

I always wanted to go surfing off of the coast of Antarctica.

I have already surfed off of the coast of the Other 6 Continents.

Still, it probably wouldn't have worked out since it would've interfered with the planning for my Oscar Party.

The record amounts for the average yearly global temperature from records going back a hundred years is not "weather."

Both do more to address climate change than we do.

Do you have idea how many coal fired power plants are going up in India and China?

Fake news. Antarctica at one time was located at the equator so it was much hotter than 65, that is for sure.

How? China produces more c02 than the US. Also the US pollutes much less of other harsh chemicals.

17 of the worlds largest ships pollute more s02 than all cars in the world combined.

Also what does the world need to do more than it already is especially the US?

Do you think the "hottest decade on record" is an example of weather? Truly?
