Have you ever encountered anyone with a weird/interesting ethnic mix? What was it? What is the strangest you can think of? The "strangest" I personally know, would be this girl who is 1/2 Armenian and 1/2 Ukrainian. Kind of extrordinary imo, but nothing too cool or outrageous really. As far as the strangest I can think of, I would say 1/2 African and 1/2 Asian (I believe you Americans call it "Blasian") - that one is kind of strange and it would be cool to meet one irl. I think the most interesting combos are created with 1/4ths and such, but I do not know any people of such background and I am too uncreative to think of an "outrageous" "1/4-combo" right now lol.
New York City leads the world. I know of 2 - 1/2 Korean, 1/2 Kurd 1/2 Eastern European Jewish 1/2 Hawaiian Both were females that were stunningly beautiful.
Unless some radical identity politics forces every mix to find a partner of either the exact same mix or one being fully one side of the mix - that is, eg 1/2 Ukraine+1/2 Armenian has children with either a 100% Ukrainian, a 100% Armenian or someone who is also 50:50.
It's unstoppable, at this stage. The old chains of parental indoctrination (to breed amongst your own kind) are well and truly broken, at least in the western world, if not further afield. There are still small pockets of anachronistically xenophobic westerners, but they're dying out and not being replaced.
I don't know how common "cross-breeding" in Western Europe really is though. Although Western Europeans certainly are more open for exogamy than before, non-Western immigrants are still very endogamous and very often they prefer their children to continue the trend as well. Not that I have anything at all against ethno-cultural exogamy (I am the result of such myself), but I just feel people in general are very tribalistic and prefer to marry "their own kind". I do not think "pure breeds" will die out any time soon. Perhaps in 1000 years, but not before that.
The high school student is lanky. He has what Youn Bum, his agent at SF Models, calls a "distinct look", making him a rare commodity in the domestic market - and a victim of prejudice. Han is his country's first black Korean model. "People assume I'm a foreigner," says Han, who only speaks the Korean language. "I've gotten used to it." Then he adds: "But I sometimes feel upset when Korean models backstage at a show don't talk to me because they think I don't understand Korean." http://www.aljazeera.com/indepth/features/2017/04/south-korea-black-model-170406081325926.html Europeans and Africans have been in close contact with each other since the Moors conquered the Iberian Peninsula. But East Asians had never mixed with Africans until a decade ago or so, when African migrants finally arrived.
