Bahrain may have an alternative motive. Hezbollah is a Shia organization that is supported by Iran and by the Assad regime in Syria. Bahrain by contrast is ruled by Sunis and doesn't want to encourage Shia militancy. Only Hezbollahs credentials in fighting Israel and the need to not annoy Assad made them acceptable. Now that the Assad regime is getting the Arab League on its back, the time is right to switch from support to condemnation, as Bahrain has no desire to strengthen Iran (especially in how Iran influence Iraq).
