Ugh. Quoting a single currency conversion and using it as a metric of wealth... I think we're done here.

Syria is broken and impoverished.. The average Syrian earned $230 a month.. now they are earning $53 a month.

First of all, he should be serving interests of people of Russian Federation. Rest is a second grade priority at tops.
Second: what proof, where? When was it found? Why it was said, that corpses of victims of gas attack were only yet to be examined, when Trump launched his attack?

"I am pulling words out of [censored]"

Source. Where is it? I presented one, a pretty respectable, old as hell newspaper. What's yours?

And by the way, why every time I get some reasonable conversation going, immidiately a giant pile of balloney gets dropped in thread, and everyone spends rest of evening arguing if Putin may or may not say/do/want/think something?

You might also find this interesting on his use of Chlorine gas.

..a-a-and I am glad to inform you, he did not said such thing.

I bet you're going object that, though, but he literally did not said the text that you posted.

He did, though, mentioned that Syrian operation of RF military also served to demonstrate flaws in the performance of new tech weapons and vechicles, supplied to army through rearmament program. That does not mean it was intended as test, that means that it was performed with the tech that was not yet tested before in the real military action.

LOL - He sure did, and making Putin look like an ass was an even bigger mistake for Assad than gassing little kids. Vlad the Invader doesn't give a damn about Syrian children but he should care about his reputation...

I think I can do a bit better than that.

    Made it. Used it.

Easy to make, easy to get hold of materials. Not especially harmful however.
I went back to using guns.

Well, what else are you going to call use of previously not tested in field equipment? Our army goes through modernization and rearmament, and less than 50% of it is finished at the moment. For the Ministry of Defence it was logical to use new tech in Syria. It supposed to work, it assumed to be best we have in mass, so it is pretty much normal, they used it here. It still hardly sounds as anything criminal, to equip soldiers in operation abroad with modern weaponry. Your original message sounded much more drammatic.

Seriously, I saw your posts in thread made in 2013. You were speaking normal English, what happened since?
