George Zimmerman did not break the law by continuing to follow Trayvon Martin. Trayvon Martin did break the law by attacking George Zimmerman, throwing him on the ground, and punching him in the face.

You do not even seem to understand what I write. Light skin does not cause higher intelligence; it correlates with it. This is because living in a cold climate selects for both light skin and intelligence. When there is less sunlight people with dark skin get rickets. People with light skin use the dimmer sunlight to produce vitamin D. Also, living in a cold climate selects for intelligence. One must be able to build warm clothes and housing for the winter months. One must store up food for the winter months.

Never claimed he broke the law. Just engaged in a situation the cops had told him not to, to wait for the police to show up. He did not. And he killed Trayvon as a result.

Extensive academic research and data collected by the federal government and researchers has documented numerous ways that Black Americans experience life in the United States differently from their white counterparts.

It's called "systemic" racism because it's ingrained in nearly every way people move through society in the policies and practices at institutions like banks, schools, companies, government agencies, and law enforcement.

    ...
The book is filled with inspirational and funny anecdotes — dubbed “Al-truisms” — but behind the upbeat tone are some serious takeaways. In one instance, Roker recalled a colleague made a shocking, racist comment on-air during his time at WKYC in Cleveland. Doug Adair, one of the news anchors, told Roker midbroadcast, “One of your people attacked me,” referring to a Black homeless man.

“I couldn’t believe it,” Roker writes. “What Doug said was incredibly wrong and obviously racist, and I knew I had to respond to it. … I looked at him and said matter-of-factly: ‘Doug, why would a weatherman attack you?’”
    ...

So systemic most don't even know it's there or they are part of it.

BLM Is a political movement, not a racial movement regardless of what they call themselves. If I founded a movement called 'Children are our future', would that mean that if you oppose anything we stood for you opposed children? It's madness.

Assertions of systemic racism ignore affirmative action and the fact that is dangerous for whites to criticize blacks, while blacks can criticize whites, and whites are supposed to agree.

Systemic racism is an alibi for the fact that two generations since the civil rights legislation was passed and the War on Poverty began to spend trillions of dollars in efforts to help blacks, higher percentages of blacks than whites are still poor, or in prison. Neither of those facts are the fault of whites.

Systemic racism is both a theoretical concept and a reality. As a theory, it is premised on the research-supported claim that the United States was founded as a racist society, that racism is thus embedded in all social institutions, structures, and social relations within our society. Rooted in a racist foundation, systemic racism today is composed of intersecting, overlapping, and codependent racist institutions, policies, practices, ideas, and behaviors that give an unjust amount of resources, rights, and power to white people while denying them to people of color.

The country was founded on racism. There was slavery. We had a war.

Why do American Negroes have higher standards of living than Negroes in black run countries?

If all the whites left would blacks be better off?

If all the blacks left would whites be better off?

That is economic. People do not want to invest where there is high crime and high unemployment and high risk.

I don't like anything that tends to divide the American people. We should all be able to get to a place logically where we can both appreciate the job most police do in protecting society and at the same time acknowledge that far too many unarmed African Americans are being murdered by "the bad apples" and those "bad apples" are not in most instances getting punished.

The job of a policeman or policewoman is to protect ALL people and to de-escalate volatile situations. Likewise, they are supposed to arrest people when they have probably cause to believe the person committed a crime, they are not supposed to dispense punishment. That is up to a prosecutor after a plea agreement, or a jury verdict. Too many police officers believe they are entitled to punish people who deserve it (in their opinion).

since intelligence is entirely subjective then why not have a straight up fist fight to determine who runs the world oh thats right, we know how that would end so lets not even go there, lets focus on totally arbitrary principles.

The BLM movement is nothing but a bunch of commie wannabes and overtly racist black people trying to blame whites for their own self induced problems

Maybe there should be a WLM movement, since blacks commit crimes against whites at a clip 500x the reverse, don't whitey lives matter?

The WLM movement can DEMAND that the NFL, NBA pay the movement 33% of their revenues because whites are severely under employed in those leagues, no one can argue that FACT. If they don't then whitey aint buying no mo over priced uniforms. 90% of their revenue comes from white wallets I will bet. Would that be extortion, not according to BLM it would not.

Or, in the interest of racial justice, the racial makeup of each league needs to be mandated by law to reflect the general population. someone give me a counter argument for that? Without, of course discussing talent because under affirmative action, that has no bearing.
