Indeed! If anyone has given society concrete examples of just how WRONG everything in civilization can go by encouraging increasing lawlessness, it was B.F. Skinner!

The remedy is NOT to arrest everybody. It's to address real systemic racism. This is not done by enacting a law or a policy.

If you want to focus on police (ONE aspect of systemic racism), obviously, getting rid of white supremacists (there are many) from police forces is paramount. Police are going to make mistakes. Because they can't cover everything. But, if they can't cover everything, there is NO reason to focus on blacks. So re-educating the police is very important too. But it has to happen at every level: in government, in private businesses, leveling the playing field in education, ....

Reparations (ooohh. the "r" word) are indispensable to leveling the playing field. Anti-racist education (especially in schools) is very much a part of it. So is hate crime legislation...

So, you see, just enacting a policy that says "don't be racist" is NOT what CRT is about. Sure... such policy is part of it. But that alone is not going to solve the problem.

Everywhere! According to the Constitution. What the 13th A overturned was the 3/5ths part by eliminating slavery.

WAR ON PARENTS: ‘White nuclear family’ perpetuates racism, CUNY prof argues.

Another racist professor promoting his hate.

We've had enough of their racial hate being pushed through our education system.
Check out this unreconstructed racist holding a professorship at a major US University:

A sociology professor at the City University of New York (CUNY) Jessie Daniels, a self-described “expert on race”:

“I mean, if you’re a white person who says they’re engaged in dismantling white supremacy but…you’re forming a white family [and] reproducing white children that ‘you want the best for’ - how is that helping [and] not part of the problem?”

    Are you kidding me?

"While she argued that the white nuclear family was a key perpetrator of racism, she also argued that multiracial families can be “part of the problem” too, if the white person in the relationship fails in “dealing [with] your own racism or systemic white supremacy.”

How does a hater like this have a job in a US University?

Neither could most women! That doesn't mean they weren't "citizens".

No I did NOT say that!

No wonder you never try to defend your own statements: every time you try you realize what the rest of us already knew: that you are not the most proficient reader

    Perhaps your memory is failing.
From your #1735: "CRT is NOT about discrimination by one American citizen (or anybody) against another..."

Slaves were not protected by the COTUS. They were not citizens.

I've always been in favor of "equal justice under the law", but not blanket "reparations".

In situations where a review of a case shows malfeasance or unfairness on the part of police or the court system, then remedies of various kinds can, and should be made, up to and including release from incarceration and payment for wrongful conviction (or whatever is indicated). It should all be done on a case-by-case basis.

Unsatisfactory as it surely must be to advocates of "reparations", that's my last 'two-cents'-worth of comment on this topic.... :twocents:

I don't know what "blanket reparations" are, but without reparations we don't have equal justice. Neither under the law nor... under anything else. But that's a completely different topic.

Your background in history making the unsophisticated denial of its impact all the more egregious.

I suppose "unsophisticated" is in the eye of the beholder. I for one have never thought ideology is a good substitute for nuanced historical research and interpretation.

When you mash all the 'air bubbles' out of this high-and-mighty Social Justice Warrior paradigm and its nebulous 'Critical Race Theory' , it boils down, eventually, to a rather bald, money-grubbing ploy for CASH -- i.e., "reparations".

Following essentially the same "logic" that these opportunistic, modern-day 'SJ warriors' pursue, I agree -- and therefore I demand that the Italian Government pay me and all the descendants of our German ancestors "reparations", because the Roman Empire invaded Germania, destroyed our ancestors' villages and way of life, and forced slavery on the survivors!

Hey... maybe the Italians are as gullible and stoopid as Californians are involving the idea of "reparations" -- it's worth a try! . :woot:

Indeed, you should listen to the video below which discusses the holocaust that Caesar visited on Gaul. Extremely riveting.

An object-lesson that we can absorb from our studies of the 'White Guilt" implicated in Critical Race Theory is that -- yes -- we Whites have been so god-awful BAD to all the poor American-Negroes that we should open our hearts and the national 'wallet' to them, AT ONCE -- in REPARATIONS!

A good 'healing' first gesture might be to bring in about a thousand of all these unfairly-treated American-Negro victims to the White House Lawn, stand them in a row against a wall for a photo-op, and then... give each of them checks for $450,000! :hippie:

Hey... if radical Democrats think that's good enough for illegal aliens from all over Mexico and Central America, it ought to also be given out to such an exemplary American-Negro citizen like Darrell Brooks (a.k.a., "Mathboi Fly), for instance....

Indeed, Brooks' recent performance in Waukesha, Wisconsin should serve to reinforce the realization of White Guilt everywhere!

[IMG]. "Hey, man... it's WHITEY'S fault about all dis sh*t, ya know what I'm sayin'...?"

Rhode Island Teacher Warns CRT "Absolutely Everywhere" In Schools
    [IMG]
“It’s in the plot narratives; it’s in the characterization; it’s in the imagery, it’s in the art projects, the history class, the English classes.”
That is child abuse by the teachers and needs to stop.

Hmmmm ...... The Constitution has nothing to do with current laws? That's true if we look at the new red state laws that allow Republicans to "invalidate" any election that doesn't provide the desired result, and then appoint their own hand-picked substitute.

    LOL!!!!!! ROFLMAO!!!!!!!!!
If you have no argument you can always just declare "imaginary evidence" to deflect from facts.

The right is concerned about our freedoms and damit! they want to preserve them all, especially our freedom of speech!!!

Or do they? Is it just a question of what's convenient? Cuz Tennessee previously banned the teaching of CRT in all schools, and that is more than enough infringement on the freedom of speech, but now they are taking a page from the Texas playbook and empowering citizens to report any teacher for teaching CRT so such teachers can be disciplined and funding for that school can be withheld. This constitutes censorship, but it's ok with righties, huh? I mean, censoring factual instruction intended to educate students about the racist history of the USA is an acceptable exception to the right's call for preservation of freedoms? Such hypocrisy is ok?

Well, no. There are no laws such as you describe. Thus, your evidence is indeed imaginary.
