Installed a flat faced trigger/foward set sear on my M&P9.

The trigger feels much more like a 1911 now.

I own an Uberti 1873 Cattleman replica, which is a lot of fun. I had a Sig Sauer .22 pistol but sold it. It was a 'full weight' sig, and I liked the feel of it, but it was actually a horrible design. The pressure from firing most .22 rounds wasn't enough to push the slide back far enough to eject the round. Horrible design.

And I just ordered a Mosin Nagant. I accidentally ordered some 7.62x39 rounds - I saw the same box listed as some 7.62x54R rounds listed that I had been looking at, made by Red Army Standard. The box image even said "7.62x54R", but the title didn't, and I didn't pay as close attention as I should have. So after that frustrating bout I ordered a crate of Soviet surplus 7.62x54R spam cans.

Needless to say, anyone need some non-corrosive AK rounds? :wall:

So I guess you aren't paranoid enough to own a generator, fire extinguishers, a first aid kit, jumper cables, etc. either.

One of my favorite wheel guns. An 1872 open top Navy in 44 special repro from Cimmeron.

I had a .35 cal Remington magnum lever action rifle by Marlin with a 3-9 power Redfield scope on it (hey, gimme a break. I had the scope and no other place to put it). I say "had" because that and everything else I owned was stolen in a burglary. The guy renting the house across the street broke in, took it all, and moved out in the middle of the night.

    Since then I inherited a .308, a 12 gauge, and a .25-30 lever action.
    And a few others.

Unfortunately, I sold all of my guns to "Gary" who lost them all in a terrible boating accident. Here are some of the guns I have owned.

AR15(yet to be built). I sure miss that stripped lower.
    Mossberg 500
    Ruger 10/22
    Ruger P85
    Ruger LCP
    Kahr CW-9
    Glock 19
    Winchester 94
    Various .22s, .410s

    Wish list:
    AR pistol
    Several AR rifles
    Ruger SP101
    STI 1911

Oh jeez... should i list em all???

My fav's are my Chiappa Rhino .357mag (4" barrel) that I carry, and my saiga .223/5.56 bull barrel with AR mag adapter.

I have a (currently in peices) saiga 7.62x39 that im trying to use as a template to fabricate a marketable bullpup AK receiver... but that project is not going well.

    I also have a Highpoint 9mm...

theres others, but those are the highlights (and lowlights)

Next on the wishlist is a 7mm hunting rifle, just because it has the highest energy transfer to target of anything smaller than a .50 bmg (which would be neat, but way too expensive to shoot).

Or maybe a civil war era gatling gun...

I have a large lever action collection, primarily winchesters, some marlin and savage. I also have more than 40 barrels for the thompson contender pistol and rifle. Home defense is two german shepherds, browning hi-power 40 with glaser rounds. Mateba unica six in .357 and keltec ksg.

Well if you guarded a bank like I do then your Mossy 500 would be your staple backup gun in your vehicle.

It is perfect for when your 45ACP is outgunned or outnumbered.

    Nothing outguns a Mossy.

My Mossy is a 590 -- longer magazine tube. Holds 7 magnum slugs.

My Mossberg 590 cost $150 less than your Weatherby and has a longer magazine tube.

    Nice arsenal.

I don't need or want an arsenal.

I have a duty 45ACP, a duty 5.56x45 carbine, a duty Mossberg 12 gauge, and a duty 300 RUM scoped Remington 700 for big game hunting.

I wish I had another exact same 45ACP since my gun goes to work with me and if anything goes wrong with it I could use another one while the first one is in the shop.

Miniguns are vehicle or aircraft mounted guns -- correct.

I believe that a perfect collection would have a Revolutionary War era flintlock, a Sharps repeater, a Winchester lever action 1880's era rifle, an M-1 Garand, an M-1 Carbine, and an M-14.

I would not waste time or money on an AR-15 or M-16 but that's just me.

I loved my M-14 and hated the M-16 that came after it.

Today I love my Ruger Mini 14.

I'm not a prepper or a hunter, but I carry every day. That's why I have a lot of pistols. My AR may even become a pistol. I haven't decided. I stay away from high dollar pistols because I carry them. I just look for usefulness and reliability. I have 3 sons and some of those guns do or will belong to them, but they are in my house and under my control.

    Yes.

I'm very small with small, weak hands. I literally tried on every gun in the large store and none fit right. They dragged this one out from the back. It had been traded and had some work done but wasn't out on the "for sale" floor yet. I tried it on, and it was made for me. A wonderful piece of work.

I carry every day and also in my job.

That's why I have a 45ACP. Wish I had to exactly the same though.
