What is the easiest AAA game you've played since 2005?

I love gaming but stink at it at my age. Used to be awesome 30 years ago. I beat Zelda 2 on the NES! Now? I can't get off the beach in COD WW2 for the XB1. Sigh. Age, kids and responsibilities!

Once I got the cheats on Elder Scrolls it was very cool but I beat some games like New Vegas without cheats. It was patient with me.

What is the easiest AAA game you've played since 2005? It may be right up my alley. Thank you in advance for your contributions.

I tend to go for the more relaxing game types, and not always modern ones. One of the newer ones I've enjoyed quite a bit is Darkest Dungeon. It's actually hard as balls to master, but fun to get into and not terribly difficult to develop an understanding of. It's something that's easy to jump into and play for a bit, and it's not limited to running on Windows (big win for me). Not too banding in terms of system requirements, either, being a 2D cartoonish affair (but with a nice dark style to it, to match the theme and setting of the game).

I guess it couldn't be considered AAA. Screw AAA, though. Bunch of greedy crapola, really. I don't need no stinkin' loot boxes or microtransactions, thank you very much!

Oh, another modern game I sometimes enjoy playing is Euro Truck Simulator 2 (and American Truck Simulator). These are just nice, relaxing driving sims. The greatest challenge comes in avoiding damage and tickets, and then in getting cargo parked correctly when you reach your destination (unless you simply opt to skip that part).

Thanks, think I have Euro Truck Sim 2 on Steam. I'll give it some time.

I enjoy getting used to the foreign driving conditions, and the scenery is all right. The controls can be tricky to set up nicely, though. An XBox controller with a trigger being used for gas and an analogue stick for steering is all right.

What is your definition of easy?

How many hours it takes to complete a game?

    Playing against other players?

    Lack of any challenge?

I play Injustice League 2, an online fighting game and I can basically beat everyone. Only tournament level players can win against me.

World of Warcraft is very easy because there is nothing you really need to do. You can wander around and pick flowers all day if you want.

    Fallout 4.

I dunno if its really 'easy', but its Fing awesome. You should play it.

Likw WoW, you can wander around an do w/e you want. But things will attack you that you'll have to kill...

If ur computer wont run it, play Fallout 3. Then you'll prolly wanna upgrade cuz you'll wanna play Fallout 4 :)

    I struggled with that game.

I couldn't figure out how to get first the past mission and finally had to Google it.

But yes, its a great game.

I hated Fallout 3 because once you cleared an area of creatures they never respawned, it was boring just walking through whole areas of the game with no threats anywhere.

Soooo sorry to sound lame but, lacking challenge. I have played games that punished you for truly messing up but I love things like Mass Effect 3 that cuts me some slack.

I did just get Injustice 2 on steam. Looking forward to seeing if it is more frustrating than fun.

I was actually going to join tournament play on Injustice 2.

    Not good enough though.

Did you get it? If so, on what platform? (Me, steam). I've already played as a Ninja Turtle and, it is fun

    Xbox one.

I've had it since release day, I also played the first one.

I love Black Canary, people don't know how to defend against her.

I rarely ever lose online matches unless someone of tournament level pops in.

    Scarecrow is really fun also.

You should give him a try.

    Will do!

I played through the 1st on PS4 and PC. A lot of fun. Booting that up shortly for at least a single match as Black Canary.

Lot of fun: did a single match as Black Canary vs. Dark Seid . In the comics continuity, he would have easily winked her out of existence. On very easy mode, it was fun to beat him up.

Did a training mode as Swamp Thing vs. Superman. Very interesting, especially a move where when Swamp thing hits superman, he was flung into a 2nd Swamp Thing and smashed a 2nd time. Story mode next.

Dark Seid has the most HP in the game, good starter character.

He has a cheap move with his teleport and they you go straight into a low kick and its very hard to block and sets up an easy combo for you.

Best starter character though is Supergirl.
