Even most Trump supporters probably see some shortcomings with this president. What is he doing most wrong?

Sorry, forgot #3 option, which should be:

Ability to Form Cabinet Relationships and work together.

Grandstanding against North Korea was pretty bad.

I'd say his strike against Assad for the rebels' chemical attack, especially since it was done unconstitutionally. I'm sorry but conservatives don't tolerate constitutional violations, I don't care what party you're from.

It's about time he start punching back, real hard. We elected him as a street fighter..... Hillary is an easy target to prosecute, he should put Pelosi and Schumer on notice, I bet they spoke to a Russian or two during their careers, which in America 2017 warrants a full investigation of all their activities going back to 1970. I bet there is a lot of dirt and law violations in their closets after decades in public service... He won't win this fight by playing defense.

As far as I can tell Trump has made no effort to unify the country and has only pandered to his base

The Democrat politicians have so little to offer it would be a perfect opportunity for Trump to offer Democrat voters something better. Show Democrats that they were wrong about him instead of continuing to act as a clown

That makes sense, except a clown is all he is.

Trump doesn't have a dog living in the White House.

It's been many years that America hasn't had a FDOTUS.

That's President Trumps only shortcoming as POTUS.

you do not achieve trumps level of success ...whatever that may be...and get elected president by being a only a clown.

One reason trump is president at this moment is because so many people ...people likeyou underestimated him

Should have allowed multiple choices on that list.

That said, his biggest problem is that he has no innate sense of morality.

    Apparently not his "hands".

And why is Tweeting on that list? If you oppose Trump you want him to tweet because it potentially embarrasses him and if you support Trump then you want him to tweet because he is fighting the machine and sticking it to them. Even half and halfers like me love his tweets purely for the entertainment value. If anything he isn't tweeting enough.

Maybe not much, but he could offer hope to the swing voters and independents who voted for him, and are becoming very disappointed with their decision. His approval rating is in the mid-30s.

He can follow up on the political solutions that he promised during his campaign - i.e. health care for all Americans.

At this point nothing, ten years ago when he was one and before showing his colors he might have offered something. Today both Dems and Republicans want nothing to do with him.

"What is Trump's Most Substantial Presidential Shortcoming?"

All of them! In essence the BLOTUS doesn't have anything to offer that is not a shortcoming in one way or another.

He is only able to tweet so much because he has small hands. I am an inch taller than he is and my hands are way too big for the keyboard on my phone. So his small hands shortcoming feeds into his tweeting shortcoming.

I suspect that his insecurity and desperation for approval stems from his small hands too. He is forced to surround himself with mindless mannequins because his actual manhood is inadequate. A real man doesn't need that kind of window dressing because he is confident in himself.

Then there are his leadership/management shortcomings. He is way behind in staffing his regime and those he has picked are a bad joke. His first, and ONLY, cabinet meeting was an ass kissing fest for himself. Once again that exposes his inadequacies in those areas.

Foreign affairs has just become one blunder after another. He has zero diplomacy skills and is being shunned for the uncouth boor that he is on the world stage.

For someone who bragged about his negotiating skills they have been exposed as yet another shortcoming. Repeal? Nope! Replace? Nope! Remorse? Yup, in spades!

The BLOTUS has shortcomings in integrity, honesty, coherent thought, judgement, nepotism, organization, hiring, people skills, relations with the media, etc, etc, etc.

Which is why my pick is ALL OF THE ABOVE!

The BLOTUS is just one yuuuge orange colored shortcoming!

I chose option #3 "Ability to Form Cabinet Relationships and work together" and "
He is doing a Great Job, despite a few minor shortcomings." I do not know why you included "Cannot unite the country" because no president, not even the first president was able to unite the country. It is part of the design mechanism of living in a "free" society that all people are not going to be satisfied. It is against Human behavioral characteristics to have everyone on the same page all of the time; a consensus. As President Lincoln stated, you can fool some of the people some of the time, but everyone all of the time. I am not saying that President Trump is fooling anyone, I just used it as an analogy to show that everyone is not on the same accord with most anything.

Hmmm. He is in no way a puppet for Mr. Putin. If you are saying this because he likes Mr. Putin, than that means that I am a Russian puppet as well and I have never been to Russia and I have never met Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin.

The fact that neither Democrat nor Republican want anything to do with him, tells me that he is on the right track.
