What leftism lead too : France: Another ‘refugee’ acquitted of rape ‘as he has different cultural

A refugee from Bangladesh was tried by a French court and was acquitted of the rape of a high school girl. The verdict was handed down yesterday.

The young man also sexually assaulted another young girl. He was charged with both cases but acquitted of the rape.

According to the defense the refugee has ‘different cultural norms’ or ‘cultural codes’ and could have misinterpreted the contact with the girl.

Here is leftism, protecting the rapist because he is a foreigner. Leftist worship foreigners at the point they're ready to accept anything of them, excuse any behaviour. That behaviour led to death of innocent people.

How this girl will be able to build her back ? This guy won't go in prison, he won't have to change of place of living, she will have to met her torturer.

How could a country fall this low ? Maybe the execution wheel was a little bit too much.

If you're the brother, or the father, or any friend of this victim however, you know there is not a lot of ways to get justice.

 

In fact, he (from Bangladesh) was acquitted twice for rape on two different occasions and acquitted on both for the same reason.

The matter has not gone unnoticed. The local female member of the French legislature from the area (La Manche) has written a letter to Macron (president of France) condemning the court's decision. Especially the fact that the plaintiff was found innocent twice of rape in two different cases.

The reasoning for both verdicts was spurious. The same judge decided that since the plaintiff was Culturally Different it was possible he was "confused". This, despite the fact, that two psychologists interviewed the plaintiff and reported that "in his country women are relegated to a statute of "sexual object". (BFD!)

It remains to be seen if President Macron will react - but the verdict is so blatantly incorrect it can be retried by French law if the local authorities are requested to do so.

And it seems likely that such will happen. It is pertinent to note that the two young girls in question actually entered a complaint with the local police and the matter came to court. Just a decade ago, such a complaint would have been far less likely to come from females. (Unless they were a celebrity, in which case the authorities could not avoid public notice.)

I myself have seen the very large contingent of female police in both local and national French police forces of late. That has to be a goodness ...
