    What will they do?

Gillard is finished. She has no inspiration, no authority, no support with the people and has the temerity to lambaste the High Court for not seeing the law her way, oh my!

The Mad Monk has held his nerve and seen them both falter and fall, well O’Lemon didn’t actually fall, more killed off and slunk to the ground. A pyrrhic victory indeed it would seem.

So what is next for the ALP? Will they see out this lamentable term in office?

Who is best placed to take over?

Will “me too me too” Rudd be dragged in to save what seats he can when the ALP/Green/Independent gaffer tape government is slaughtered at the next election? Oh the vile taste that would leave on many an ALP tongue, to see the little lip licker back at the PM’s podium! Eeeeeew!

And where is Bare Back Bob and his bunch of merry loons? Geez they are quiet? Probably not wanting to upset too many people as they salivate over any meaningful scrap that might be thrown their way in the future.

    ……

So what next in this lamentable chapter of 2 terms of failure for the ALP?

I hear the Labor party are already talking about dumping her and replacing her with Rudd.

    I have my fingers crossed!

Two months to an election and these things would be a problem.

    Two years, now worries:)

I also heard Stephen Smith may be a PM candidate, I think he would be good.

Wayne Swan needs to step up. He is the 2IC and its his duty to be both trusted allie of the PM on one hand and ready to topple the PM on the other.... its seems to be the normal thing in Australian politics afterall.
