Perhaps a woman WHILE the assault is happening should scream until someone else comes, then immediately say what happened and continue until the perv gets his payback. The issue with this is the folks who call her a liar and try to protect the peckerhead. Or every woman should carry pepper spray.

I have a question, what kind of steel mill office that doesn't have a cleaning lady working at night to clean up after the boss ?

Is this a steel mill in China ?

She should quit right then and apply for unemployment compensation the next morning, saying she was laid off. I do not believe that he would contest the compensation. If he does contest it, any mediator who heard her story as you have just told it would believe it and rule in her favor. Then begin looking for a new job.

    No I'm afraid not.

You were arguing that women in those circumstances should "take the path of least resistance". You repeated it more than once.

Your argument clearly attempts to normalize, and even accept, sexual assault in situations where the victim might find it difficult to go against her attacker.

This is not something anyone should be learning, particularly from your position.

I'll state my position again, for clarity.

No person should ever allow themselves to be victimized, for any reason, despite any obstacle.

I speak empowerment, you speak of submission.

Your argument is pathetic on it's face.

She says I'm sorry but I have a rule I do not work alone with male coworkers I'll be happy to discuss any business matters in the morning.

She leaves the office immediately and contacts at least two coworkers and tells them what just occurred. She goes home and creates a notated contemporaneous written record. The next day she tells the boss this will just be between her and him however she has create evidence that could be used against him. If he ever attempts anything like that with her or anyone else she will present her evidence and have charges filed against him.

Of course the alternate she could walk over and grab his balls and squeeze the tell him if he ever did anything like that again to her or him she'd own what was in her hand.
