I'm using NordVPN. I basically chose them because they were reasonably well reviewed and the best price. Mostly I have been happy with them but, recently, I've begun questioning the reliability of their package.

I was online, connected through the VPN, and went to Google Maps for something. I clicked to get directions and Google offered to give the directions from my current location if I'd just click to let them discover my current location - so I tried it. In spite of being connected through a VPN server in Miami, Google pinpointed me within a hundred yards. I have no GPS in my laptop. NordVPN support simply blew it off, suggesting that Google was simply too good for them to defeat or block.

I'm not sure if I should try another VPN service or just accept that, in reality, they're useless. It's been nearly 20 years since I worked as a network engineer. I totally understand the concepts but Windows 10 and Chrome may have a lot of holes that I don't know about.
