Two store bought microwaved veggie burgers sandwiching thick sweet onion slices encased in two slices of oat nut bread slathered with Olivio.

For dessert, plum crumble --fresh prune plums cut up and topped with a mixture of oatmeal, Olivio, and brown sugar and microwaved for about two minutes in a little ceramic bowl.

I at work at the moment - work in mining doing 2 weeks on and fly home for a week off. Our mess is closed this weekend, so we have all been given tokens to get something from the pub in town. So, ordered a huge pizza. For a tiny little town in the Australian outback, the pub does a pretty good pizza!

Going to take it back to my room and put a movie on.

Tonight I steamed some tofu, broccoli, asparagus and snow peas and served them up with soba noodles and a dressing made with soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, sesame oil, lime juice, ginger and garlic.

Tonight it's pan fried fish, baked potatoes and a lettuce and tomato salad. It's a bit early to start anything yet though, as it's only 2.30 pm here right now.

    BIG FISH!!!

I have a Lobster License and dive in the spring, summer and fall.

    I also spear fish.

I go on a bat for Stripped Bass...ocean going.....awesome fish.

But when I get a chance I go to inlets and fish for Salmon.

I also know how to make smoked salmon and salted cured salmon.

Down south I fish for Grouper and Barracuda.

    And the rare Marlin.

I ate a 4 lbs Lobster I had frozen in my freezer as I caught it diving....I have about 30 lobsters left till spring.

I ate a Leg of Lamb that my butcher filleted open and I coated the inside and outside with salt, pepper, mustard powder, crushed coriander seed, capers and mint leaves all mixed up in Mayo.....did a Dry Rub on the utside before this......rolled it up and tied it up.

Cut it in medallions...the girls were over....they split a 3 lbs lobster and had the lamb.

Asparagus with toasted Panko breadcrumbs.....Caesar Salad to start.....and for me....beer...for them....a good California Chardonnay.

I am still hungry....more lamb coming my way!!

Chocolate especially DARK CHOCOLATE has over a 1000 Times more Antioxidants per Gram than any fruit or Veggie!!

I am retired now but I am still very young as far as being retired.....but my favorite Chocolate is a Giant Hershey Chocolate Bar with Almonds!!!

    OH MAN!!!

They weigh about 16 oz. I think and are huge.....about 12 inches long by 8 inches high and about 1 inch thick and they are LOADED with full sized whole California Almonds that are Toasted and Salted!!!

I don't eat sweets much at all and I don't even care for just chocolate but the combination of the Hershey's Chocolate with the Almonds.....OH MAN!!! I can't resist!!

Funny thought.....during WWII the United States Military and Red Cross would make sure to get Hershey Bars either plain or with Almonds...etc....to our Troops.

Back in those day's.....many an Italian, British, German, French...etc.....pair of Panties would DROP....in exchange for a HERSHEY BAR!!!

I wonder how many Children were born because of Chocolate??

Something simple tonight. Chicken breast coated in egg and breadcrumbs, seasoned with onion, garlic, capsicum, parsley, salt and pepper and served with some left over caponata from yesterday - caponata always tastes better the next day.......

    I make my own too.

I don't eat pizza often because of the carbs but when I do I like to make the dough or if a sack use a Pita or Tortilla Flat bread.
