Hello, the past years ISIS commited genocide against Yezidis, christian, Shia muslims and other minorities. The whole sunni muslim community have a responsibility in that for having generated that monster, aswell Bush and Obama for their role in the war in Iraq and Syria. However we don't see the international criminal court being a lot involved to judge all the one responsible. At the opposite, western country like France, UK and Sweden let djihadist come back, a lot of them didn't even faced trial. Even worst, Sweden had programms to re integrate djihadist. The west deny justice to Yezidis, by doing so, they making them accomplice of those crimes. I'm born in the late 80's in France, I grew up hearing a lot about the genocide of jews, and how we must prevent that to happen again. When the FN, the parti of Jean Marie and Marine Le Pen, WW2 was a lot mentionned to justify we shouldn't vote for them. A genocide happened again, and again western europe citizens were involved in it. Our silence and the absence of trial for those human waste says a lot how low western europe fell. It says a lot how much our governments tolerate radical islam and it's consequences. A big internatinal trial should be organized to judge all people who were involved in a way or another in that genocide to bring justice to the yezidis and eastern christian.

There is a strange paradox about the whole thing. Always the plethora of groups once thought to separate neatly into moderates and extremists has enjoyed at the very least an ambivalent attitude from the West, the gulf states and Turkey. Some might say that this alliance has always been behind the entire thing and this was to exploit the unrest in Syria to oust a traditional Russian ally and appoint some Western puppet. Strange bed-fellows type deal. Saddam was our friend when fighting Iran. Then he got out of hand and became our enemy. Similar situation here. I think in some sick minds the conflict can continue for all they care and ISIS can be tolerated inasmuch as they keep Assad from securing his former power and keep Russia and Iran sinking money and resources into a never ending quagmire.
