    did not stop Trump from declaring a national emergency and then issuing guidelines to the state to shutdown

    President often offer direction, but seems you have little faith in this one

    I would have thought all airports, since they are federally regulated, and any other interstate public transport.
    I don't see how it could be applied to local public transit, but others that are federally regulated, why not?

    I have a neighbor who refused to wear a mask before the MN mask mandate and the city bus is her main mode of transport. She is old, frail and a smoker. She would probably have a hard time with Covid 19 if she got it but she's been truckin' along as usual. Maybe it because everybody else in Minneapolis is doing their part without whining about 'personal freedom'.

    It is a serious possibility but she read the same on-line right leaning 'news' op-ed arrivals that have her convinced that 'Trump was sent by God' and the reaction to Covid 19 is over blown just like a lot of people I encounter. Sometimes it sounds like they're in cult because they all say the same things almost verbatim from the last person.
