    Oh, I was not implying that they are. Just rebutting the statement that it seems odd that a native American would be involved in this.

    The issue of mass surveillance is not that it is futile. Sure it may help to catch more crimes. The problem with mass surveillance is that ... are we willing to give up all our rights and freedoms and live in an Orwellian Totalitarian Police state on the basis that this might help to catch a few more criminals ?

    Happened a week ago and hardly any reports. He stated he wanted to start a war on US soil. Who would have been blamed for this bomb if it went off says a lot about his politics. And it seems he forgot to arm it so using that excuse to get a lighter sentence
