White women or White men, who is more racist?

Since all of the wests prominent institutions are predominantly white, yet white males are more represented than white females, what makes you think the push for white females to be more represented will shift the overt racist paradigm that festers in the bowels of western society?

 

ok let me put it in a way that doesnt offend sensitive whites.

What makes you think white females would be less racist than white males if indeed, they do get that equal power [ to white males ] they so desire?

 

Who is making that argument?

 

They are both more racist!! Even the non-straight ones!!

 

The people pushing for gender quotas are not doing it to fight racism, but to fight sexism. So, I am not exactly sure where you are aiming with this one.

 

Imaginary dilemmas don't have much rationale in reality.

yes i agree but i wonder how it will affect the racism we see from the establishments, like sports, politics and media. will these establishments be less or more racist when/if white females gain power? Its just a question I am asking myself as im seeing a big push in all of these disciplines to get more females in the top spots. I dont have ANY problem with that, im just wondering if it will help or hinder western society for non whites

I believe that white females already have relatively greater power than white males in our current society, followed by pretty much every other person of any other race or "gender identity"..

Infact, it is quite obvious that the straight white male is absolutely currently the greatest target of persecution, hate, and racism..

ok can you go into detail about how many males to females are in your countries parliament/cabinet and how many males to females are in your countries military top brass and how many males to females are the big 6 ceo for the banks and corporations, also from your country for starters.

Males tend to have IQs on a wider spectrum on the bell curve, that means that their are more really smart men than really smart women, also more really dumb men than really dumb women..

A higher % of really smart men than really smart women mean more men in very prominent positions than women..
See how simple?

And.. Males are much less medically complicated in their lives, not bearing children, so they take less time out of their careers for personal issues..
And.. Females tend to be the primary parent in raising children in the typical household, even more so with courts being biased towards custody of children going to women in non-typical households, so more women are raising children than males, so their are more males in the workforce..

Women-lower percent of high IQs, deal with pregnancy and recovery, raise more children instead of having a career = more males in prominent positions..

 

so you concede that white males hold pretty much all positions of power in the west, okso now we agree on that lets look at the question my topic poses; If/when white females gain equal status to white males, do you believe our society will become less OR more racist than it is at present? Very simple question, a simple less or more will suffice..

 

Your question is invalid due to its premise being based on a fallacy..
Females have obvious favoritism privilege (status) over males already, yet they still hold less prominent positions due to reasons described in my last post..

I think that any identity politics "push" to upset the natural balance of capitalism will do nothing but increase "racism" and all other types of "bigotry" because you will then provide merit to types of current non-realistic prejudices and give them a factual basis..

For example, say joe hates gingers.. Joe has no real reason to hate gingers but he does so its non-realistic..
Now you "push" for more gingers in prominent positions and joe loses his job to a less qualified ginger due to employment quotas and/or favoritism..
Now joe has a perfectly good reason to hate gingers..

A typical liberal would love to create more divide between the people so they can more easily conquer by creating a good realistic reason for sexism to become rampant..

If people start losing their jobs to less qualified women because of such sexism masquerading as equality then to be sexist becomes more realistic..

You cannot be pro-female without at the same time being anti-male.. Start being anti-male and males are gonna get pissy for good reason, creating the intended divide..
