And what did I refer to? Two aspects. First, discrimination analysis which compares like with like (e.g. controlling for differences in human capital). Second, regression analysis based on the premise of isolating race effects.

 

Human capital has nothing to do with IQ, and regression analysis goes back to what I was speaking of before.
It is a problem that, if in fact, it is not genetics, can only be solved within the black community.
