Oh let’s avoid the issue about slavery in the United States. Then after that we can avoid segregation and defining black people as inferior human beings

 

How about starting with segregation. White people have the privilege of sitting where ever they wanted on the bus. White people were given opportunities that black people weren’t. My husband was a clerk on Wall Street and was given the opportunity to go down on the trading floor. He is honest enough to say had he been black or a woman he never would have been given the opportunity.

 

Most of the population wasn't even born when that was going on.

Oh I get it when segregation became illegal suddenly black people were considered equals LOL. You don’t have to have been born then because it takes generations for that to go away. People born during that time raise pd children and made it very clear that blacks were inferior. But as I said times are changing and that’s why you see so much more inter-racial marriages etc. Young people are not as bigoted

Its OVER!!! What issue is being avoided? Yes, slavery existed. It existed EVERYWHERE!!! And Its been over for a loooooooooooooong time, except in Africa, parts of Asia and South America where it still persists. The closest thing to slavery in this country are sex traffickers to our south. But the number of truly racist people in this country are insignificant.

There is certainly "soft" racism. There is pandering racism. Its on both sides and it affects everyone. The closest thing to widespread racism is actually Affirmative Action, even if its in the guise of doing good or righting a past wrong. Its still blatant discrimination by definition.

On the other hand, white males tend to succeed more because they tend to take responsibility for the consequences of their actions and choices. Therefore, White Males practice self-control more often and they tend to consider long-term consequences more often.

For example, personally, I do not believe a few moments of fleeting pleasure are worth a lifetime of suffering to a child and it’s been shown that fatherless children are much more likely to suffer physical abuse, including sexual abuse, because of the men their mothers bring home.

Moreover, it’s not the fault of White Males if you are an African American and choose to have unprotected sex and as a result create an unplanned pregnancy. Having unprotected sex is a choice, and it’s no secret that a possibility of that choice is an unplanned pregnancy.
