    Yes, they have more people than we do.

    The USA is the worst greenhouse gas emitter on a per capita basis.

    And, let's face facts on this. The only rational way to measure this IS on a per capita basis.

    If that isn't the measure used, then what one is saying is that someone in China has less right to the benefits that come from ignoring the consequences of dirty energy.

    This subject became too politicized, so if you are of the left side – you must believe in the Global Warning, if you are on the right side, you must be a denier. Even scientists who study the subject can have a different opinion. I admit, I don’t know who is right, but I will go with the majority of scientists – as far as I know the majority claim the Global Warming is real.

    They have a FAR larger problem than have we. They are larger by far and are an emerging economy - something that we accomplished while causing the problem we face today.

    Now people want them to sacrifice more in order to solve this problem we caused!!

    As the world leader in clean energy patents, manufacturing, exports and installation, I don't see a justification for whining about them, or for using them as an excuse for failure on our part.

    You CLAIM to want serious evaluation of scientific papers.

    I like the charity part, but I do wonder how much of that is used as promotion for their policy direction.
