I do not know about the kurds, the the Sudanese. Maybe you are right about the Australian Aboriginals. But you are absolutely wrong about the Tibetans. The Dalai Lama is a culprit and what the US and Hollywood is doing romanticizing the Tibetan drama. I am not a communist and I am not speaking in favor of the Chinese communist party. But the truth is whether you agree or not the stark reality is Tibet is far far better under China. The people of Tibet are enjoying more and more freedom under the communist regime than the monks who ruled there for a thousand years. The Dalai Lama and the hierarchies down the line were feudalists. They were highly taxed and if the Dalai Lama or any dignitaries associated with him were corrupt people. See the development now and how the living standard of the common man is rising in Tibet. You cannot even imagine the extent of tortures the Tibetans have undergone.

The same could be said of the palestinian if they stopped their struggle against Israel which until now has only brought them pain and misery.
If they'd dropped their guns they'd get their own country on negociated borders. Instead they knife, bomb and launch rockets against an ennemy they have no chance in hell of defeating militarily, and thus have to suffer the retaliatory strikes against them.

They've had many chance at peace and every time those round of negociation were accompanied by a rise in agitation in the palestinian populace as a mean to put pressure on the israeli. Israeli don't respond well to threath or violence and thus the palestinian keep losing more and more. There is only one way for the palestinian to get their due. Dismantle Hamas and the other terrorist groups, dismantle Fatah since it's too corrupt at this point. Let the palestinian find someone in their mist who is whiling to negociate in good faith and keep the peace. He would've also to explain to the palestinian that they'll never get 100% of what they want, this isn't how negociating works.

I have personally nothing to do with either country. All I am concerned about is safety of the people of both Israel and Palestine. Now there is no use blaming any since Israel has established itself and yes despite all whatever happened all that needs to be done is make tryst and settle all their issues in a peaceable way. There were indeed some historical errors and the Palestinians were uprooted. They must be allowed to return to their land and they too must give up terrorism. Both sides lost a lot and the only path to peace is peaceful negotiations.

There is no right of return. Those that fled have to live with that decision.

Yes and... Europe doesn't have to take them back. In fact many european countries refused to take them back when they were freed from the camps. There is just no right of return anywhere. You have to fight for what you've got or someone else will take it. Ask your local american native how that works, he'll explain it to you.

We all discussing know the origin or birth of Israel and we know that prior to the occupation the land belonged to the Palestinians. We also know they were there in their small villages, living somewhat backwardly, impoverished and disorganized for centuries. We all have read or seen or some of us might have even encountered how Zionism has popped up what terroristic roles they have. Not that the Palestinians have no terroristic roles. They do in response and their attacks are counterattacks. In between all these happenings the Hamas have something abominable. But the question I have raised is who is the real culprit. This will be judgmental and all that I have put forth here is based on secondhand information and this is my opinion but not conclusion. This forum may have both Israelis and Palestinians or anybody who may have an empathy with either. I have an empathy for both. I do not want a single jew or palestinian to be killed. Territory mostly is for those who are in politics and all the the common man needs is security, peace and prosperity. Whichever country they are in and whichever flag is hoisted there matters little as long as their main concerns are not under threat.
