Most likely, Epstein. He was used to a certain life-style and that was about to be taken from him. Doubtful it would be Trump or Clinton - they would be too high profile and too keeping something like that quiet is almost impossible. If it is was an outside, Epstein had some very rich buddies who are low profile who want to remain that way. But once you go beyond Epstein, you're really gettin into thin tin-foil hat territory.
Since no gun was used whacking Epstein you rule out the Sicilian Mafia. Since no shiv or machete was used, you rule out the ME, MS-13, Aryan Brotherhood and Black Panthers. This looks like a politically correct hit.
Either the guard or a 'guard' planted by the administration. He was a Pedo which doesn't go over well in prison. It would have to be one or more high ranking officials in the executive branch of the Federal Government. Barr and Trump come to mind. Both have long standing ties to Epstein and he was evidently whacked in one of the institutions they are in control of.
It's just kinda fun adding another name to the Hillary whack list. How many are on that list now, 59 ??? Probably explains why Hillary rallies during the 2016 campaigning were so small. But I think we'll find out that Epstein was a snowflake and couldn't find a safe space at the federal detention center in NYC. Back before political correctness was forced upon our military services the Marine Corps had a high suicide rate at both of their recruit depots at Paris Island and San Diego. Sometimes snowflakes fell through the cracks and they found themself in a world of **** while standing on those yellow footprints.
I don't believe he was at the point where suicide was his only option. He was probably ready to roll over and negotiate a deal. Told his lawyer. Lawyer told the wrong person who was already compromised. That info was passed. The hit was called. I suspect that all of Epsteins current/former associates are capable of having it done. And as it was in the public eye, it was an act of desperation. But who knows. That's just my opinion. (I picked Clintons from the list. But it could be anyone with money and a reputation to protect...not to mention their freedom)
It was in New York. Something tells me that New York officials have more direct influence there than does Washington. And anyone with enough money can have someone killed in prison.
It was obviously very well coordinated, so it could have been more than one of the above. Anyone we've already seen exposed and a dozen or more men who haven't yet been exposed and didn't want to be could have been involved. The only truly unlikely scenario is that this was an actual suicide, especially considering the camera going out. If I were Barr, I would arrest every guard on duty that night and charge them ALL with accessory to murder, see who knows something and will spill the beans to get off a murder rap.

It still stands to reason that whoever whacked Epstein if indeed he was whacked was given permission by Barr and or Trump.
