That did NOT answer the post you quoted. : Derideo_Te said: ↑ Please provide credible documented factual evidence that a man can become pregnant and bring "his fetus" to term.
Just because you couldn't understand the science doesn't mean it isn't true or doesn't exist: """The placenta is an organ that develops in your uterus during pregnancy. This structure provides oxygen and nutrients to your growing baby and removes waste products from your baby's blood. The placenta attaches to the wall of your uterus, and your baby's umbilical cord arises from it. The organ is usually attached to the top, side, front or back of the uterus. In rare cases, the placenta might attach in the lower uterine region (placenta previa)."""" I see you had to hide from my entire post, you only quoted a part so here's the rest :Too bad, YOU don't make the rules. The fetus cannot grow if it isn't attached to the woman's body, making it part of her body. IF it wasn't part of her body she has all the more reason to be able to have it removed So either way, YOU lose Now, run along and keep telling people the world is flat and the sun rises in the west and science is witchcraft…....l
So if a woman's eggs are taken from a fertility clinic and used without her permission to conceive a child for an infertile couple, you don't really have a problem with that?
I assume you don't believe in the idea of automatic child support for the biological father then? (Sorry if I missed one of your previous posts where that's what you stated)
You don't own your own body ? YUP! Right here : """""You're back to the "it's in my body so I own it" fallacy. kazenatsu, Mar 8, 2019 Report """"""" You called it a fallacy....
Why are her eggs in a fertility clinic? I would assume she gave them to them and had some sort of contract on what they could do with them. And if they violate said contract, ie do something with them without her permission, that would be illegal. Why wouldn't I have a problem with that?
As a young man, I didn't like the idea I could be forced to pay for 18 yrs for something I had no say in. I still am not sure my position and it's not a concern I personally have to worry about. But, the kid needs to be provided for, so in many cases, the man helps out or taxpayers do.
The fact that they couldn't use them for some other purpose might not have been in the contract. She might have had no reason to imagine they would want to use her eggs to create some other baby for someone else.
If they didn't violate the contract with the female donor, then they are legal and withing their rights.
What might or might not have been in your imaginary "contract" doesn't matter. Whatever was in the contract was binding and breech of whatever was in the contract is illegal. Your "what ifs" do NOT make any point.....

Only in your vivid imagination AGAIN, you couldn't address my post so had to off on the "insults are my only option" trail BTW, I'm sure YOU haven't feigned anything...
That’s illegal. Her eggs were used in a fertility clinic only for her and if they took them and gave them to one another without her consent..a crime was committed.
So you agree, her rights can still be violated even though her eggs are outside of her body. Yet you deny the man the same rights in this type of situation.
You are talking about strangers....If a man tries to fertilize his wife’s eggs in vitro and someone steals his sperm and impregnate someone without him knowing is that OK? We are talking about two people who had sex KNOWING there could be consequences. You don’t seem to see the difference between consent and non consent
