Nowhere in the constitution is that an option why should it be here?

It's already played out. There's no there, there.

Name one credible organization, like DHS, who agrees there was fraud?

    You can't, so, it's over.

Really? Hmm... I suppose you haven't read it in a while... I mean, it's been there since like 1804

(Shrug) It's almost certainly going to be Biden rectally inserted into the presidency by the politically corrupt justice system. The next big question is NOT when Trump will concede but for how long will the leftist-loyal media outlets continue to be able to 'hide' the truth of Biden's progressive (ha!) dementia from the leftist half of the nation. Smart money now has it that after Biden gets sworn in he will effectively vanish from view until Kamala will have to step forward to become the newest president.

    Let's see.
There's an option for one candidate getting more than half EC votes.
There's an option for a tie vote.
There's an option for no candidate gets the needed half.
There's an option for a tie in the House.
There's an option for if the winner dies prior to inauguration.
Nope, at no point does it say the current president continues on nor is the office left vacant.

Amazing considering that the majority of appeals court judges and supreme court justices were appointed by Republican presidents.

    not true.

Trump started his transition before the recounts were finished.

yes, and the majority of Supreme Court judges are of sound and intelligent mind, and will reject Trump's idiotic court cases.

SCOTUS has a 7 to 2 common sense majority.

only two of them are complete morons

Close -- THREE of them are "complete morons" -- hyperliberal stooges Sotomayor and Kagan -- and, the treacherous, anti-constitutionalist, Chief "Justice" John Roberts... who single-handedly re-wrote Obamacare so that it magically became a "tax" instead of the "mandate" passed by the Congress, and signed by "Messiah" Obama....

Wait! There may eventually be a FOURTH -- totally unexpected, too... Brett Kavanaugh, who has decided to shoot his mouth off and champion the idea that any portion of Obamacare may actually be constitutional at all.

[IMG]. Brett! Hello? OBAMACARE HAS NO SEVERABILITY CLAUSE! :nana:

Joseph Biden will be sworn in as the 46th President of the United States on January 21, 2021.
It will be nice to finally have a President who acts and talks like a President.

Of course if the Trump administration and RNC and CIA and FBI are doing as the Obama administration did during the Trump transition all bets are off.

When is that going to happen certainly not with Biden

Of course he does tend to hide a lot so we don't get to see him speak very much.

I could be wrong.... I often am.. .but.... I believe that voter fraud is a colossal problem.... . I believe that in the range of a million votes or more will be disqualified by the time the legal dust settles and smoke clears away.......

... you might want to consider selling your home in a city if it is controlled by Democrats because I do suspect that rioting will be intense in the cities when this occurs.

This David Wilkerson had some sort of visionary dream in 1973 that sure does seem insightful under these circumstances that we are in now in 2020.....

My belief is that voter fraud is a truly huge problem in cities...... not so much so in rural America...... and this 2020 election is the perfect time to address this issue. This had to be done!

It's easy to use the term 'voter fraud' but I would appreciate your idea on how it would be accomplished. In my case, for example, I receive one ballot in the mail. I complete it, sign it and use the return envelope. Now what do I do to commit a fraud?

It’s actually shocking that it’s only 84%. The election is over. Biden got 306 electoral votes, which according to Trump four years ago is a landslide. Biden also got more than six million votes than Trump did. I know that technically doesn’t matter, but couple that with his dominant electoral victory and it would take a bloody revolution to overturn this election. I’m not really a betting man, but I’d say the odds are closer to a 100% than 84%.
