I note similar figures for the number of 'blacks' who don't vote, and the number of 'blacks' who don't visit freely open national parks.

As for vaccine reluctance. You remember when you daddy was deliberately infected with syphilis and not treated so white doctors could research disease progression? You remember when your momma had pieces cut out of her by white people and that were used to cure white people because black people couldn't afford treatment? Do you think there is such a thing as "racial memory" or is it just a case of knowing "racial history"?

The answers to your questions are readily available. But you don't' ask them to obtain information, you ask them in an effort to paint a picture of your bigoted perceptions.

I'm white and I know from my personal experience here in Bucks County Pa. that the only people currently getting COVID vaccine are those being referred by a physician who they see on a regular basis. Those like myself who do not regularly attend a doctor are finding it next to impossible even though I am in the highest priority group for both my age and as a heart bypass patient.

 

I wonder what it must be like to make a stance or have a belief that holds no water - whatsoever - when exposed to scrutiny. And to trot it out whenever a news story sounds even remotely as though it will fit the narrative you believe and espouse.

Interesting that in the beginning of the film Gandhi he is a young lawyer who is kicked off a train in South Africa for riding in first class. He is told by the conductor to get "his black ass back to third class" .

The syphilis thing happened 60+ years ago in another country. No blacks here in the US suffered that. And I've never even heard about your second thing. If that even happened did that even happen in the US? I ask because your other example had nothing to do with blacks here in the US.

In fact is either of the things that you mentioned happening right now? Or even in the last 20 years? We all know that in the 40's, 50's, and 60's blacks were treated like crap. They're not now. At least not by the vast majority of American's or the government.

And no, there is no such thing as "racial memory". If there was then blacks would all know that it was other blacks that sold them into slavery. And still are in Africa.
