WOW, that is quite a tirade given I said Democrats refuse to listen. Thanks for proving I am accurate.

I admit for many years I stuck to supporting solely Democrats. It did not matter the Democrats name or promises, I stuck to them like Glue. This it strikes me is very common for Democrats. I find many Republicans once were also Democrats. We reformed. We converted. We quit hating republicans and strange as it seems, we are now republicans. I converted over around age 40. Why convert? I studied both parties. I learned I had voted for a party that habitually lied to me. I wanted no more of that. Trump thus far has not lied to me. Oh he may have said things not true, but not to me.

Weed as I see it harms humans. But I voted to legalize it when I lived in CA. So why legalize it given it harms humans? Because in my view it harms a person, not a group of humans. Stupid is how I see weed users. But to make stupid unlawful is itself stupid.

What age are you now? And, Trump lies every time he opens his mouth...in the same way that Clinton looked into the eye of the camera and said "I did not have sex with that woman." I've also voted for candidates from both parties and third parties as well. I left the Democratic Party with McGovern, thinking that the party had moved too far to the left. I left the Republican Party with Bush Junior, thinking that it had moved too far to the right. Today, in comparison to Trump, I consider Bush Junior to have been a "moderate." The President is attempting to destroy our institutions and Constitution, possibly for personal power, possibly for Putin. Either way, he's a threat to the national security of the country and should be removed from office, and probably indicted and prosecuted.

It's funny no one has yet challenged it, so it goes to the Supreme court like the gay marriage vote did

we are divided because the dollar is losing the value it once had and people are upset and looking for someone to blame

the problem is corporatism, corporations are shipping jobs overseas in record numbers, this is making the people poorer and the government poorer as the dollar touches less American hands

rent is too high for many, the cost of living is too high, Trump's answer was tax cuts for the mega corps (trickle down)

the lefts answer is to get more money into the hands of the workers on down (trickle up)

but like I said under Obama, unless we address foreign outsourcing and foreign imports, this country will collapse economically, anything else is a band-aid that will not heal the underlying condition

How is local rent a problem for the president? You voted for Democrats now deal with it on your own, I dont hear people in red states complain about rent, why is that?

Trump is addressing it through tariffs

from the get go you refused to listen and attacked dems, try listening
I supported Obama and in the beginning I supported Trump as well, I think neither have addressed this issue

I do agree that Trump made an attempt to address tarrifs, that is something, looks like he will fail, but he did try to address that one

but Trump has failed to address foreign outsourcing (so did Obama)

why are you making this partisan, red and blue states are having issues

Most polls also show that people tend to get more conservative as they get older and acquire a vested interest in America as it is rather than trying to recreate it as some 20 something radical whose real world experience is sitting in mommies basement playing the latest version Crusader Kings or Halo, on his lap top.

you give the money to the rich, they do not have to create jobs to get that money

you give it to the working class, the rich will create jobs to get that money

the issue though is, most people buy goods from overseas now, thus even the consumer spending is not having the effect it once had

also the rich are creating jobs overseas more and more now, so that doesn't help either - the money is going more and more overseas from both ends

At what age do you believe this will start happening?
Early 30’s was the previous line where this shift has been seen — it started declining with GenX and has all but evaporated with the older Millennials.

malls are closing, many local businesses are closing, most products are made overseas, customer service is handled overseas, IT is handled overseas - the jobs many of the young depended on are going away

it's going to keep getting worse - i predict a 1929 like crash sooner rather then later - only this time more Americans are in debt and the government is over 22 Trillion in debt

Yes, entirely anecdotal and not in line with my own experiences or the available data that exists.

yep, don't disagree, where do you think most of the products sold on Amazon come from?

how many local economies do you think that effects, did it effect yours?

You are between a few days to a few months shy of being a baby boomer but that is irrelevant, feel free to commit on the data set I posted.

Leftist policies of high taxes, excessive rules and regulations and almost total animosity for the business community is driving more and more jobs overseas and keeping new companies and knew jobs from being created here and slowing the growth rate of start ups and small business by starving them of capital.

the left has not raised taxes (they want to raise them on the rich) - part of the housing bubble was caused by Bush's lack of regulations

how is the republican borrow and spend working out?

the debt started to rise 1 trillion a year under Bush and has continued to this day - what changed under Bush other than his tax cuts for the rich and his two 10+ year wars?

those two things changed, but i think that was when foreign outsourcing and foreign imports started to pick up speed as well
