That is the best theory that I can come up with so far......... On my way to Quito, Ecuador, on January 12, 2001, I was amazed how much warmer the weather was when I transferred from one plane to another!

My buddy Paul Dube..... drove me to the airport in an all out blizzard......... but when I landed in Newark, New Jersey....... Wow..... the snow was pretty much all melted.....(or maybe they hadn't even gotten much snow yet that winter)?????!

I am a very average Canadian...... I wrote the SAT back in 1979 or '80 in hopes of attending Ambassador College in Big Sandy Texas. If I read the results properly.... I scored 1199....... not a terrible score........ but certainly no better than the average first year North American university student but............ I can debate and argue with some of the greatest minds in America on almost any subject............... and I am wondering if it is because the weather is so much warmer.... that American women are wearing less clothes..... thus.... American guys are totally distracted most of the time.......... which significantly decreases their level of insight?!?!

Why are so many reasonably well informed Americans still promoting some sort of "carbon tax" even though there are a number of other options that are win - win - win - win - win???????

Is it because they are so distracted by scantily clothed American women?????

1199 SAT score, G.W. Bush SAT score was 2006 but hey, you scored almost 200 points higher than Barack Obama.

    Wow!!!!

I was kind of forced into a situation where I would tend to score fairly high on tests like that. I had bleeding ulcers since I was four years old ...... and then juvenile rheumatoid arthritis when I was 14 so I was kind of forced to read and read and read and read......... because in Nova Scotia during the '70's..... we really only had one TV station?!

I had heard that President Obama had an IQ of 130 but I was told that mine was only 118, so if that is correct he is significantly more bright than me!

Here is a poll, that in my opinion, illustrates how naive and under informed many Americans tend to be. (I have to admit though......... that level of innocence is kind of nice to see)!?

    http://www.politicalforum.com/opini...etary-policy-central-american-revolution.html

Is it historically accurate that monetary policy was central to American Revolution?

    ......
I'm Canadian...... so I sometimes get a little disappointed that I seem more well informed on some of the most probable explanations for the background to American history than the most well informed Americans tend to be......... because people who tend to post on forums like this tend to have an annual income over seventy thousand dollars and tend to have at least one degree. (I didn't even finish the Business Admin degree that I began at St Francis Xavier in Antigonish)!

The farther south you go from Canada, the less US people are informed until you reach the deep south and then it becomes exponential.

I thank you for confirming my suspicion though that G. W. Bush was truly brilliant!

No wonder he saw through the probable implications of the potential flaws in a carbon tax or cap and trade system as proposed at Kyoto?!?!

    http://www.politicalforum.com/humor...2000-election-but-negates-global-dimming.html

In alternate time line Mr. Gore wins the 2000 election but negates Global Dimming....
I personally loved the film "An Inconvenient Truth." I have watched it four or five times at least. It played a huge role in my deciding to join a political party that takes climate change very seriously.

Largely due to his film I actually put in two submissions for The Virgin Earth Challenge.

I do have one criticism for his film though..... the diplomacy quotient was extremely low and America is more divided than ever partly because of the flavor of his film.

HEY!!!!!! Some of my ancestors were United Empire Loyalists from down in Dixie!!!!!

I am grievously insulted by this comment!!!!

I will have you know that IQ scores have been done for all over the USA and the average score in the south..... was 116.......(pretty much like mine)...... and the average IQ in the northern states was only 106........... (no wonder they grabbed AboveAlpha so fast and dragged him into the NSA - CIA, his teenage IQ really stood out, especially in Massaachusetts?!?!

We southerners have perfected the ploy of sounding really really dumb...... so that people underestimate us........ which increases the probability of our survival in an America dominated by seriously under informed people from the norther USA who think that they are brilliant!?!?

...(On the other hand I want to thank you for verifying my premise that the warmer the climate gets...... the most distracted the guys seem to be)?????!

    http://www.politicalforum.com/polit...-how-we-behaved-during-revolutionary-war.html

We Canadians owe Americans an apology for how we behaved during Revolutionary War!
For starters I would like to thank you Americans for being led and inspired by God better than we Canadians tend to be because it was seriously cool of you to decide to NOT persecute my United Empire Loyalist ancestors!!!!

Some of my ancestors were Masons from Dixie who came to Country Harbour, Nova Scotia at the time of the American Revolution. I deeply appreciate the fact that so many Americans were closer to God than we Canadians tend to be and somehow your leaders were guided to not persecute us!

On the plus side..... seeing some significant steps in the right direction sure is encouraging..... Ten USA States are discussing minting State coins and encouraging local governments to print up local currencies......... This could potentially turn out to be a great way to back up and stabilize the USA dollar in the event that hostile economies try to devalue it.....

Could a Utah State Dollar save the USA Dollar?
Have you seen any of the following films:

    1. The Future of Food
    2. Food Inc
    3. The World According to Monsanto.

If so..... then you know that the USA dollar to some degree is linked to and backed up by a plan to control the world's production of food in such a way that could eventually produce global famine.

Back in 1994 I found out that President Lincoln had saved American taxpayers four billion dollars in interest payments and since that time I have been wondering what alternative was available to improve monetary policy that would not scare the investors on Wall Street.

A Utah State Dollar could perhaps be the answer!????!!!

George Bush is actually a bright guy. Unfortunately, his public speaking leaves much to be desired. People who worked with him say he spoke eloquently and with great wit behind closed doors, believe it or not.

Here is one of the many areas where I suspect that President Bush and P. M. Stephen Harper will eventually be given some credit for having a better grasp of the big picture than their opponents had.

This is terribly politically incorrect but.... the fact is...... The Global Dimming Effect does...... tend to cool the climate.

    http://www.politicalforum.com/polit...m-harper-deliberately-use-global-dimming.html
Did President G. W. Bush and P. M. Harper deliberately use Global Dimming to..
.... mask...… to decrease..... to hide.......to postpone......... a general Global Warming trend?

A second legitimate question is..... within fifty years is it at all possible that we may find out that they may perhaps have had a basically good idea in doing this?

    Hey. :woot:
I lived in Milwaukee 2 years.
Great "town". Good people. My finger joints rebelled the second winter becoming visibly red, swollen.
Watch El Ray Channel repeats of "V".

Yup....... we Canadians are diabolical at heart......… we should never be underestimated.

    # internationaltrade: "A Liberal Party Dollar could play a significant role in stimulating certain types of trade with many other nations.

Take a look at CalgaryDollars.ca to get a better idea of the impact that an initiative of this nature can have in merely one Canadian city.

And do we dastardly Canadians have a plan to weasel our way into the USA economy by allying ourselves with the Mormons???????!!!!

Could we be somehow involved in the Mitt Romney attacks on The Donald??????!!!

    Good question!

I know that I certainly would love to live in Florida from November until April????!!

I would be more than willing to risk all that distraction........ that might tend to keep me away from reading and ...... from political discussion forums?????!

Thank you for that encouraging information.......
I took a look at the results again a few months ago......
and if all the numbers are counted I would actually have been well over 1300.....
    but anyway........
I would so love to be entirely incorrect and overly paranoid.... but I am convinced that you Americans are in trouble again......
and I think that one significant part of getting you out of this is to unite Canada, Israel and Australia in a plan to
make sure that your USA Petro- dollar cannot be devalued by George Soros and his buddies........

The technology to make that happen has already been invented and demonstrated on a massive scale in Israel:

Should Sorek 2 be in Australia or California?

I wonder what he would think of the alternative theory on climate stabilization put forward by
New Mexico biologist and coach Carl Cantrell:

    Carl Cantrell.
I thought that Carl's idea is brilliant.....
note... Carl is a zealous Christian who resists the temptation to be
staring at all that American femininity walking around in your much warmer weather.....
by reading and reading and reading......... kind of like us Canadians have little choice but to do!

I thought that I should update the link on this........
and here are the updated results.......
All of this is more relevant now that Mr. Al Gore has a new film out.........
which by the way I liked but.........
I still think that mega desalination is a better opening gambit to stabilize the climate
    for about a dozens reasons.
