Most of people who commit suicide and homicide are mentally disabled or mentally ill. Sadly Second Amendment enthusiasts "put a stumbling block before the blind".

Let me guess, you're playing the mental disability card again?

If these individuals are truly so disabled that they are not capable of making a rational, informed decision, or otherwise weigh the consequences of their actions, then why are they being left unattended and to their own devices, rather than taken care of by professionals and experts in the fields of mental health?

Such is a reason to support greater efforts at obtaining adequate care and treatment for matters pertaining to mental illness, rather than seeking to restrict the legal use and ownership of firearms.

I don't know where you get your statistics or whether they are true. Many suicides occur because the person is in so much pain that they would rather end it than let it go on. I have seen this and, if I had been in their shoes, I would have wanted to end it all right then and there.

"Why are guns holy objects in this country?"

Because the left has given them magic powers, the power to kill without human intervention and the power to read 'gun free zone' signs preventing them from entering such zones

I have never thought of suicide. I have Moderate Depression. The suffering of 10 million of people in USA who have severe disability is beyond my comprehension.

Suicide is a crime as bad as murder.

BS. If a person is in severe pain with no relief in sight, suicide is a blessing.

Then convict them and sentence them to eternity in solitary confinement. Don’t punish the living.

I do not see why guns are that important. In USA, guns inevitably fall into the hands of those who commit suicide and homicide.

G-d is merciful. According to Judaism most sinners will suffer for some time. Almost no one will suffer eternity.

Ropes fall into the hands of those who commit suicide. As do tall structures, plastic bags, trains, and so on. Should we ban all those things to prevent suicides by those methods?

If I ever need to euthanize myself a firearm will be a blessing. That’s really how I feel.

As are the resources for attempting to restrict legally owned firearms, for the purpose of trying to prevent suicides.

The act of one ending their own existence is not a criminal act.
