Why are minorities immune to criticism while whites are not?

Because whites uplift blacks and give them a life impossible without whites having to shoulder a burden of black diversity?

 

It's always the majority ethnic group which gets blamed for mistreating minorities in a country. Xnophobia against North Caucasians exists in the big cities where they have increased in numbers recently. The massive financing of Chechnya from the federal budget contributes to animosity and hatred towards the Chechens. Another reason is that many Chechens in high positions behave very badly in cities like Moscow. In one case, a Chechen in a limousine had tried to get in into the path of a trolley bus. North Caucasians (and others) are also seen as competitors on the labour market in the big cities.

 

You should also mention that ethnic Russians tend to be very bigoted and xenophobic. They have a problem with other people as well apart from North Caucasians, like the Turkic and Mongolic minorities from Central Asia.
