You missed the issue which is what Russian behaviors have changed. Pay attention.

I really don't understand. Is admitting a record number of refugees somehow stifling free thought and freedom of religion? or is it the Yazidi's plight you were referring to? which seemed to be an awful thing but originating almost totally in the refugee camps overseas.

He had a base of around 14 million and was voted for by many others who saw him as the lesser evil or had a blind allegiance to the RNC as opposed to Trump himself. His biggest success was making a lot of the common people believe that he is one of them when objectivity he is not. Speaking in a common way does not mean that he is not a member of the elite, it just makes him a good showman and salesman.

HillBill is irrelevant in this but likely would have left the financial situation alone for the most part, perhaps increasing consumer protections in ways but allowing the industries to continue the slow recovery they were enjoying. The actual important actions would probably be taking place right now and over the years creating the jobs and stability required to truly improve the situation dramatically over the decade as she would have started with our infrastructure, creating long term employment, domestic industrial output, incentive for investment, consumer activity...etc....
She would have begun with what Trump should have and passed the infrastructure bills this country so desperately needs. In truth out economy is quite strong but certainly could use the boost, it simply needs to make sense and benefit to everyone by actually improving the country rather than just Wall Street.

Personally I do not much care for Hillary Clinton but, she seems to be a competent political force.

So, guess you don't like the computer you are posting to this forum from. You can thank analytic philosophy for that. I lean more continental myself, but your statement above, if serious, is plain dumb. Your professors should be fired.

I do agree with you that infrastructure spending is critical.

Frankly..... .I also felt that she was competent...... .just rather scary?!

She impressed me as feeling that she was above the laws of America......
she also seemed to genuinely regard about half of Americans as deplorable.....
which would tend to hinder her ability to work for them as well as for her
    supporters.

I watched three episodes of a fascinating documentary series on Netflix today that
    reminded me of this discussion.

Just as union members of 1944 felt that Henry Wallace was the guy who would
really work for them....... and that Byrnes and Truman probably would not.......
so also Trump supporters obviously felt that Donald Trump was their Henry Wallace......
and Hillary would be more like Truman and Byrnes.

She just did not sell herself to the common American.......
she could have learned a lot from the political career of James Byrnes.

As long as they don't isolate themselves into Ghettos where they are able to preserve their language and customs for three or four generations or more......
Muslims can integrate into our culture........
but Christian and Yazidi refugees could integrate into our culture and economy much more easily.

We know what is being done in the camps and I bet you that Trump and his team will find a way to
get people here who are in far more danger than Muslims are.

And yet you support Donald Trump?

My god man.....your description fits him perfectly and one need not have a feeling, it is reality.

There seems to be an exception to virtually every rule.......
"Better the Devil you know than the one you don't."

We knew Hillary better than the Donald in many ways......
and we felt that The Donald would make a much more sincere
    President.

My wife is from Ecuador but is a legal immigrant to Canada, (now she is a citizen),
and I believe that President Trump's tough stance on ILLEGAL immigration is the only
practical way to increase LEGAL immigration from Mexico and South America.

President Obama and Hillary's idealism....... sounded good in a speech.......
but was impractical and doomed to eventual failure.

The Donald Trump campaign and the film "Cartel Land."

    And Gorsuch!

    And the Federal Debt!

At this point in his Presidency, Obama The Hapless had already blown through -$556,418,707,470.97 in additional debt.

The Trumpster, on the other hand, $98,135,539,668.97 less debt from since he took office!

    Already, $654,554,247,139.94 to the good!

    Wow!

I have got to pass that on to some other discussions and forums!

No wonder Wall Street is booming!

I began one here with your statements:

    http://www.politicalforum.com/index...p-already-saved-654-5-billion-dollars.503036/

Has President Trump already saved 654.5 billion dollars?
