If God is all powerful, per the Bible, why can't God be in the presence of sin ?

If Jesus is God and sinless, how was he capable of being in the presence of sin ?

What wording of scripture or otherwise are you referring to? Many consider God to be omnipresent, which would indicate he can be in the presence of sin.

Sons of God have to live in a world filled with sin. So God lives surrounded by sin. He just does not indulge in it.
