Why Democrats children turn out to be poorer than republicans kids

I am native of CA. Tulare, CA in the Valley in fact. Spent my adult life for the most part in the SF Bay Area. Watched it go from republican run to the hell hole it is today.

It amazes me when any voter actually believes 100 percent of what politicians claim. Biden has made most of his living by lying.

 

Some were and so were some Democrats, but all in all they were great customers. My first Congressman was Barry Goldwater Jr. I voted for him every time he was on the ballot. I met him several times in San Fernando Valley watering holes when I was young and he was and is still a great and very interesting guy. He lived in LA until a couple years ago when he went back to Phoenix to be close to his son Barry Goldwater III. I saw him a couple years ago and we talked. He hated Trump and what he has done to his beloved GOP. He is a real conservative and a real person just like his old man was. The GOP needs to get back to their roots and reject this Trump cult idiocy.

 

Putting a number on HIS promises kept will require a decimal point followed by a series of zeros.

 

They have had 8 months of Biden and his lying.
Still all they think of is Trump. Amazing staying power for Trump.

 

Tulare is still heavily Republican. And they still have many Peacocks in Mooney Grove.

What I know is this. Trump was hated by the Media. Write it down and I am serious. They hated him so much that for much of the public, they were led to believe all of the lies told about Trump. Sure Trump told a few whoppers. But so has Biden. so did Obama.

Democrats whine about corporations. Maybe they whine about your business and you do not see it.

We elect men who are not saints. No Democrat has achieved sainthood. none of them.

This past election was totally dominated by our own media.
They are all corporations. So it is remarkable for the enemy of Democrats, corporations to put the arm on Trump to get rid of him.
It was not campaigns by Biden doing it. It was lying done by Democrats.

Well my family there was Democrats. They came to CA from Oklahoma. And as a kid I got called plenty of names by natives in the Bay Area. I got used to the discrimination.

CA has a terrific amount of wild life.

Can you ask your grandson to teach you statistics, maybe he can convince you that using 2 case you cannot reach any conclusions who is making more money - Democrats or Republicans.

I do not have a degree but have so many college credits I should have got the degree. I value the courses over the degree.

I spoke of my grandsons only due to one having an Engineers degree and the other his high school diploma. Both of the boys my daughter tells me got A grades all the time.

I have never talked to them about politics. I seldom talk to any of my children about this topic.
My goal for them was to learn how to reason, how to think and how to plan and how to end up not being wards of the State.
And they did very good. Even my youngest daughter owns two homes and she is in her early 30s.

I wish you told me what there is about statistics that so impresses you.

But to your OP, economically the two parties are pretty even. The fact that your economically prosperous family only produced 50% prosperous off spring is telling. They've probably been properous for generations.

You argued at the beiginning -- where we commenced this fascinating discussion -- that one of the things you liked so much about Trump was that he was "excellent at keeping promises." Now you could not care less about his string of broken promises it seems. Wow that didn't take long!

Just the opposite is true. Trump is a life long media whore who was propelled to the Republican Nomination in 2016 by the MSM and Fox News by giving him a huge amount of media coverage. Joe Scarborough gave him a daily platform every morning on hs show and all major media outlets covered his every move. He was outspent 10-1 by his opponents in the GOP primaries but his media coverage overcame all of them.

Trump created his own problems by surrounding himself with total scumbags like Sexual predator Roger Ailes who virtually ran his campaign, Roger Stone, Michael Cohen, Putin tool Paul Manafort, Loose Cannon foreign agent Mike Flynn and Hand Grenade Rudy Guiliani and his Russian Mob buddies Lev Parnas and Igor Fruman. All of them have either been convicted of felonies or are being disbarred. Of course the MSM is going to jump all over that juicy stuff.

He skated the first impeachment just like Clinton who was also targeted by the press as soon as he arrived on the national political scene. However the disgusting show he put on after he got beat really was a and is a filthy spectacle which came to a crescendo on January 6, 2021. Do you really believe that if Obama, Clinton or Biden had been closely involved with such scumbags or pulled that kind of “stop the steal” crap that the national media wouldn’t have been all over them?
