Trump did far better with COVID than has Biden.
Trump had to start with no vaccines.
Trump was shocked by China.
Biden understands now it came from China. China lied to us all about CV19.

Biden has vaccines.

But why then is Biden having more deaths per month than Trump had when Trump had no vaccines at all?

Biden is a far worse killer of humans then Trump ever could be.

Biden has not advanced science at all. Trump did in spades,

 

Roosevelt did not create a good economy at all.

Remove WW2 and the depression would last even up to the death of FDR.
War cured the depression not FDR.

 

How are they not paying a "fair share"? The top 10% of income earners in the US pay 70% of the taxes (that's just federal income tax, if you add state and local taxes the number goes even higher). The bottom 50% pay 3%.

All of those highways with the designation US Highway are a result of Roosevelt’s New Deal. Now they are supplemented by the Interstate Highway system which was proposed by Democratic Congress and Senate and signed into Law by President Eisenhower. What we need now is a huge infrastructure project to upgrade our highways, railways, ports, airports, electrical grids and waterways. It seems like most people are all for it except GOP leadership who are more concerned with winning the next election than upgrading our country and creating 10s of millions of good paying jobs.

 

I lived in CA as a Native son for a good 78 years. 2 years in the Army with a year plus some months in Germany gave me a taste of Europe and Communisms in Germany.

My first time in PA was 1962 care of the US Army flight to Philadelphia. I marveled then how much it looked like CA to me.
The Army was taking me from Georgia at Ft. Benning to Ft. Dix so from PA to Ft. Dix it was by Military bus.

I have a son who is 62 now. He has also been to Germany and to Holland as i was.
I know at 83 I must sound old and wrinkled. But I am not wrinkled and other than diabetes that is mild, doing fine.

I spent time in my Real Estate Career in both San Diego and Los Angeles. I have been there many many times.

 

Notice I never said that the New Deal did not include jobs. I said that did not drag us out of the Depression. I lived then as you must recall.

War gave this nation tons of airports. Prior to war they were not considered vital. I am a pilot who has flown to many of the old WW2 fields in America.

Democrats will not like this. FDR gave us WW2. But if you deny that, he did not cure the depression.

 

I bet to you a good paying job is about ten dollars an hour. More in fact than the Fed minimum wage of $7.25 per hour.

i spent 10 years of my youth in heavy construction. i worked on a good many of the Ike highways. But you do not recall his time as president. Ike was hated by my Democratic family so I did not not like him at all.

And BTW, I have two "degrees" one in Computer Science the other in Mathematics, and I'm proud of them; I worked damn hard to get them. I watched a lot of my peers fail to graduate; invariably it was due to lack of planing or they couldn't hack one class. If you have the credits but not the degree then you let yourself down somewhere along the line.

All you have to do is look around, Highways, National Parks, Dams, rural electrification. President Roosevelt and his wife pulled our Nation out of the depths of depression and gave us hope. THEN he guided us through the most devastating war in history. That you try to demean that shows you don't understand history or want to.

 

And IF you look at any graph of economic growth you'll see that, the trajectory tRumps economy followed was the same he inherited from President Obama.

 

He was my president for two terms.
I recall his presidency very well.
If you mean the old suicide lane highways, he might have played a part. I recall those highways well and they were there for many years they looked like to me. I saw no new construction. I also recall his war very well. I saw his bombers fly over. i saw his fighters at airports leaving the ground or flying around. I happen to recall him when he was living.

 

WW II is long past. Many members of my family fought and some died in that war. My father fought in the Pacific from 1942 until the end under General MacArthur. I have traveled this country for over 50 years and I have seen the results of Roosevelt’s new Deal across America. Blaming him for WW II 75 years later just because he was a Democrat which you now hate is pretty silly Robert. We won the war, helped rebuild ravaged Europe and Japan and created huge infrastructure projects here in America which have propelled us into a world leadership position and increased the value and viability of this country exponentially. Now we are in a similar position. After decades of idiotic wasteful wars like Vietnam, Afghanistan, Iraq, and others wasteful military skirmishes, we are finally coming to our senses and are pushing back against the scumbag war profiteers that President Eisenhower warned us about right before he left office. Now is the time to invest some serious money into upgrading our country. Biden ran on that premise. I sincerely hope he is able to exercise his vision of upgrading America while creating millions of jobs, expanding the tax base and helping working people throughout America.
