This is how it works:
There is a report out where people researched it. A well esteemed website posts it. That gives weight to the prove.
Your opinion, how lavishly you think it matters, doesn't matter to me at all.

A US who legally discriminated black people till the 1960's into severe poverty and low education.
An American were high income is needed to get your kin the best position of economic success.

I told you why the study was BS. Blacks people do not have different names! Sending out fake resumes with super unusual African names has nothing to do with real America.

1. Most black people do not have weird hard to pronounce ethnic names. I just produced a link that shows the top 30 surnames among black Americans are common surnames among whites. So the entire premise of the study was wrong and a bit racist. Treating black Americans like they are some obscure ethnic group is racist.

2. The people were not real. They were manufactured resumes with pretend names.

3. HR. We know nothing about the HR people that are supposed to be so racist they are 8% more likely to call a person for an interview with a so called white name over a black name(Already debunked). How many of them are black? Did the black, Hispanic or Asian HR people discriminate more or less?

4. The result. Those with so called black names were 8% less likely to be called. That's it? Not 98% less? Why did the people with so called black names get any calls at all?

5. Integrity. I do not trust the activists who run these studies.

Indian Americans, hardly light skinned people earn 2X more than whites on average. White privilege is a lie!

WTF are you talking about? It is a study that shows a person with a name like Hakuna Matata
has an 8% less chance of getting an interview call than a person named John Williams.

So? And does it matter that there is much more likely that John Williams could be black?

It's not for black people. You dragging in Asians doesn't debunk the sheer racism of white people against black people.
While most Asians got a massively different background. There are 14 million Asian immigrants in the US, while around an other 15 million Asian American citizens were born in Asia, not to be confused with some Asian who came over to work on the railroads. Those millions and millions of Asians are backed up with their fast family wealth accumulated outside Asia. And they use it to outpace everybody else in the US, and use that for their children to advance them through society. While the background of the black population is all about being deliberately pushed into absolute poverty. That's their starting position to "make it", while racism against black people is everywhere to be found.
